Incredibly rude. Will not listen when I ask for extra teriyaki sauce. They just start screaming that the food is in the bag. I won’t go back. I know they don’t speak English that well at this store but there’s no reason to scream at me and refuse to answer my question.

They like to charge extra for everything. I wanted extra rice and they charged $0.50 extra. I even got a small cup of water, they charged another $0.50 for it. They are greedy when their food is not great quality. Won’t be back.

Old lady that takes your order is super rude and mean. I could never trust such a mean person to total strangers (who are customers) for no reason. Food is trash. Stay away and hopefully the owner finds somebody better or they go out of business. There are tons of great options 10ft from this lady and she has the audacity to act like this.

No, never again. The Old lady that takes your order was so impatient that once I order she charged me 37 cents even tho I gave her my free teriyaki meal ticket that I could redeem. Then, once I was where I pick up my food this man put the food in front of me and I asked him, “is this mine?” He says “I don’t know, you can take both plates” and so I took them and the old lady started yelling at me saying that I was stealing her food and I tell her that he told me to take them and the man innocently said “I didn’t talk you anything” so I don’t recommend this place if you look for good service and food. I’m never coming back till that Old Lady is gone.

Do NOT order from here. It is inedible. There is NO teriyaki on the chicken teriyaki, It is a common complaint. I looked at the reviews after I ordered and everyone is complaining about it. I called them I was so upset that it was so bad inasmuch as we are weekly customers. I might as well have talked to my dog about it. The manager told several different undecipherable stories and then told me they would do better next time. I told her it was THE NEXT TIME. No offer to fix it. They have been recently closed by the health department. I found that out after I googled them to complain about my order and what they were going to do about it. I had delivery charges on top of the food costs. I will never order from them again. These people deserve to go out of business. I was previously a regular customer.

We got the teriyaki chicken and it had no flavor at all. They didn’t put teriyaki sauce on either of our plates. An employee also clapped at us to get our attention, which isn’t a professional way to get customers’ attention. This place used to be our favorite and we always came here when we went to the mall. I’m not sure if we’ll eat here again after today.

If I could give you all 0 stars I would. Horrible service and I will NEVER be spending my hard earned money here ever again. The lady there ordered my meal for me, didn’t even let me choose. She rushed and charged us for a meal we didn’t even want. How dare she have the audacity to order my meal for me. Rude, disrespectful and she needs a wake up call. I hope you all learn to be more respectful to your customer, this meal was not enjoyable and did not taste good at all. Thanks for nothing.
