This is my go to place for food when I’m at the mall. The chicken teriyaki and fried rice is delicious, I always ask for extra sauce! I do miss the punch cards though, they were a good way to reward long time customers.

I used to love this place, however the employees seem nasty now. I was awaiting my dish and the cook said “ok” (as in, done), so I went to grab my food and I asked for more sauce, as I usually do. At first he ignored me (he ignored my husband too), so I figured he was ignoring me after the third time I asked politely but then he grabbed the dish back and flung it back down as a shrimp went flying and said it condescendingly “don’t MOVE IT!?” I had literally moved it a couple inches because I was moving it towards the sauce trying to help. It was a really embarrassing experience and I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

Food is your typical mall chicken fried rice but lower quality… The biggest complaint is how they don’t cook the chicken fresh… The just pile the chicken on the side and put sauce ob it once and awhile. Who knows how long that chicken has been there…

Always delicious! Great price per food. And always a huge line… But the huge line speaks for itself!!! You always come back for more of that chicken teriyaki with fried rice, oh and yes I will take the double meat please! And be careful if you order a large drink. It may as well be a two liter.

This place has started to gone downhill. They never cook any of the chicken fresh in front of you anymore when you order like they used to a long time ago when it was run by Asian people. Now they just cook a bunch of chicken ahead of time and have it sit to the side. Who knows how long the chicken has been sitting around for. Then, we they ask you if you want extra meat and you reply yes and pay for it, they don’t even give you extra meat! It’s just a scam to charge you more. Would not recommend this place anymore due to quality of how the business is being operated.

Cancel your dinner reservation and head to Sarku. One of the finest establishments in the valley. Delicious food, good portions, and at a great price. The teriyaki chicken with noodles deserves a Michelin 5 star rating. Double down on meat and save some for leftovers. You’ll be full and satiated for hours.
