Bento ain’t worth 15 freackin dollars… and the employee cooking the meat says something in spanish(probably cursing) when you are a little bit slow on taking your food away. I’d rather use panda express next time

The food is so good but I hate when I ask for more sauce, the employees always ask for a tip and if you dont leave a tip they will give you attitude and NOT give you more sauce. I will call corporate if this continues to happen!

ordered twice a week, will never order again. Ordered delivery, 1st driver stole my order (not their fault), and then they refused to reissue the order or answer a phone call and wasted 14 drivers time as Uber Eats also refused to offer assistance. Terrible. Sorry, lost a customer today (ordered twice a week, fools).

The food was 9k;however, the big latino man I think he is the cashier or manager and the only latino lady working there were so disrespectful. They skipped a lady and took the other of another customer that was not on line, they were being sarcastic with their jokes, and also the big guy was kind of rude to the trainee. Then, they also requested tip. They really need to work on their customer service, be respectful & polite. Not because one does not look/are Latino doesn’t mean we don’t speak/understand Spanish.

Used to be great but the last couple of times I’ve gone the service and food have been subpar. The prices have increased while the portions have decreased. The workers have attitudes when you ask for the correct portion of food. I’ve given them way too many chances. I will not be back.
