Very clean restaurant with plenty of seating. Very quick and easy separate take out line with excellent service. Online ordering from the app is super convenient, although sometimes the app is finicky. The food is excellent, especially for “fast food” – the teriyaki sauce is amazing and the sushi rolls are the perfect size and very reasonably priced. This has become my new favorite spot for a quick dinner pick up.

I knew for a long time about this Sarku store, but this was my first time visiting here. It is the biggest, baddest and cleanest Sarku ever!!!! The teriyaki aroma is just in the air. Huge space, full display of teriyaki menu, kitchen in the back, chefs grilling chicken behind glass window, and lots of tables to dine-in.

They were fantastic with my daughters food allergies! It’s so hard to go out and feel safe when you have anaphylaxis but, the cashier listened, ensured everything was safe so there would be no cross contamination and this little poster made my daughter feel even more safe! Also, service was speedy and the food was delicious! Thank you, Tommy for making our Mommy/Daughter date night a great experience! We will be back soon!

The bento boxes (i’ve tried beef and chicken) are REALLY good. You get a lot of food for a fair price. The YumYum sauce is great as well. I’ve also had the spicy crab and spicy tuna rolls from here, everything is fresh and tastes great. I will be coming here more often!

Even though this is apart of a chain which i usually like the food at most of them around NJ and ROCKLAND, This one in particular has to be the worst one to me, been here about 3 times just giving them the benefit of doubt and every time the experience is horrible, spend over $20 each time, the food portions is horrible, i order the shrimp and chicken n it’s less and less shrimp everytime, ordered cooked sushi i get it and it’s cold, spending more the $20 each time, after getting my food they try charging me for sauces which is something i don’t experience and i feel like I’m rushed at the register like forcing me to be done or try to talk over me

The teriyaki sauce is very bitter and the veggies were extremely over cooked to the point of being mushy . The dumplings are good . I haven’t tried the spring roll but I’m sure it is as well. Great prices and the food is very well packaged .

Came here for lunch take out and it was good. Its not like the mall where its assembly line and rushed. It actually took some time to prep. The food was packaged great. It survived the drive back to the office and was still fresh. The serving size was good considering the lunch special. I ordered the terryaki with noodles. This location is in a strip mall and there was plenty of parking.

Even though this place is part of chain, the food here is mediocre at best. I’ve been to numerous other restaurants in the chain, and this place is at the lower end of the scale food wise. And to top it off the folks behind the counter are easily among the rudest I’ve encountered and I mean all the time. If I feel like eating this kind of thing, I’ll drive to another location just to avoid this place. Don’t waste your money here!
