First off customer service was great! My server, Santiago, was very amazing and very helpful. The pizza I ordered wasn’t even on the menu but he offered to make it anyways. That store deserves 5 stars for their customer service and perfection of the pizza itself. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great pizza, even better customer service. It’s located in the same complex as a hospital so there isn’t tons of parking. The pizza itself is delicious and being from Chicago I’m often skeptical about pizza. The cheese, crust and sauce are nicely balanced. I will def return. My only regret is that I passed by it the entire school year without trying it.

First time ordering and sadly we don’t live in this area or we would order ALL THE TIME. This place puts Domino’s Pizza to shame. The food was hot and the delivery guy Ilia was really cool and nice. The fact that y’all don’t charge a delivery fee shocked us. Plus we would’ve tipped online but the driver would have to claim that and I know how that is being a former bartender. So tipped him pretty well since we noticed it was let and he went out of his way to get here. The time said between 1:20 and 1:30am and he got here at the Hilton at about 1:14. Now that’s what you call service and how places should be. If we’re in the area again we’ll be ordering only from y’all. Made our night since our son is at Texas Children’s Hospital right now. THANKS

Returning customer, we dined in and customer service was excellent. Our pizza was out quickly and was delicious. The dining room was clean and spacious. Great service!! We stopped in for lunch while in Houston for a business meeting. They were preparing a huge to go order but he was very informative and assured us if he could get it out sooner than the 35 min he would. It didn’t take long at all. And the food was delicious!!!!

Do not order from this place! I have spent a lot of money ordering food. The food is good, but one of my delivery orders arrived where the food container cover was off and the food was all over the place. I called and explained to the manager on duty and he stated I could order anytime and he would replace it for me. I called back tonight and the employee stated she spoke with the manager and owner of the restaurant that stated they never said such a thing and would not replace my food. I will never spend my money at this establishment again. Right is right and wrong is wrong.
