Tonight (03/01/2023) I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of cheesticks for my family and I. I’m giving 2 stars only because the pizza was cooked right and warm on arrival. But the cheesticks…I don’t even know what to call these. They fell apart like some powdery corn breading but were absolutely freezer burned or just old. I called to complain about the cheesticks letting them know something was wrong with them. They said they would send a new one right over. Well, the 2nd batch was exactly the same. Disgusting. I think I might steer clear from this location as this has me questioning their food handling now :/

Normally when I order from Sarpinos Pizza I am happy, but this is the second time I have ordered and paid for extra garlic butter dipping sauce and not only did I not get it, I didn’t get any garlic sauce. Instead they sent thousand island dressing. Who puts thousand island dressing on a pepperoni pizza? When it happens once I can let it go, but it’s happened twice now. Since I really enjoy Sarpinos for their dipping sauce, I don’t think I’ll order from them anymore because I am not getting what I ordered.

I got the 14″ Vegan Italiano, a regular pepperoni calzone and a regular Alfredo chicken calzone. Compliments all around. The crust of the pizza and calzones were perfect.

I just keep on coming back to try all the new vegan options. This time I tried the calzones and beyond chicken tenders. Both were delicious. Had an offer in the app for a $9.99 12″ inch two topping pizza. When I placed the order, it changed to $15.99. I called in to ask, and I was told that the offer was discontinued a while ago. No other explanation or offer to help.

This is the second time I ordered the Tikka Masala pizza. The first I thought may be it was an error when I got the delivery which didn’t look like Tikka Masala which I ordered for.
