The manager will forward the calls to his personal cell phone and leave his shift and just hang up rather than have the calls go to the store. How do I know this- I drove to the location and let them know I ordered food and tried calling but someone keeps hanging up on me. The kid said he just walked in and that this is something the manager does often. He apologized and my entire order had been canceled since there is no driver available. The website will say its open but good luck getting someone to answer! It’s unfortunate, I really loved this place before new hires ruined it

Placed online order yesterday only to discover 3 hours later that the location is closed. I understand circumstances may occur to cause unscheduled closure, but leaving online ordering open to con money is highly unethical. Phones are unmanned so only option is disputing charges with bank.

The delivery and service was much improved from the last few months, but I’m only giving 3 stars because they have totally changed their pizza. There is way too much crust…I liked the pizza before so if this is the new pizza I won’t be ordering again. It’s a shame because it’s my favorite pizza place.

This place has gone down hill FAST! The app says the store is open but all the lights are off and the door is locked. When they are open half the time there is no delivery person available, if I order a pizza to be delivered, that usually means I’m in no shape to be driving to pick up a pizza. It’s a shame too because their pizza was generally pretty good.

This place is complete trash now. Has gone downhill from the previous owners. Nothing is made correctly and never in a timely manner. When I called to get a refund last night the phone was never picked up. Such a disappointment, because they use to make my favorite calzone! I’ll never order from this establishment again.
