If you check my previous ratings or reviews, it’s not really for a restaurants. This place however, makes me want to tell the world about it.

St.Patties dinner. Deliciously elevated take on a traditional favorite. Peach cobbler had an almost cinnamon bread pudding center that was fantastic between the tart peach and crisp crumble. Ice cream was possibly homemade. Server was charming . Knowledgeable with skill equal to the fantastic atmosphere and high quality culinary offerings. Patio is peaceful while overlooking a gorgeous park and river . 4th visit and its quickly becoming our all time favorite restaurant.

We finally got the time to go check out The Hacienda, New Port Richey . Up until tonight I’ve only seen the outside. It’s beautiful inside. The staff are so friendly and didn’t mind me snooping around ( I asked permission first lol) we ate at Sasha’s and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Heather, was friendly and welcoming. Made us feel at home and like we were old friends. She was quick to take our drink orders and had them sitting in front of us with very little wait. Even though the bar was a bit busy. The bartender was busy busy getting drinks out. We ordered a lemon drop and crown royal and coke yummy. Heather gave us suggestions and didn’t mind checking to see if something was still available from yesterday’s specials. I ordered the shrimp and capellini and my husband ordered the grilled flank steak. My shrimp and capellini was perfect. Just the right amount of sauce and the shrimp were huge. I don’t usually like a lemon sauce with my pasta but it was so good. My husband’s steak was grilled just right. Very tender and omg the chimichurri sauce is like heaven in your mouth. We are stuffed! But ordered the blueberry cobbler cheesecake to bring home and it looked so good that even though we were miserably full, we ended up eating half of it while waiting for the check. I can’t wait to go back to try out the other items on the menu. The price was well worth the visit. And the hotel is so beautiful and everyone was so sweet that it makes me wish we didn’t live so close so we could book a room for a night or two. Lol. If you haven’t been yet you definitely should go.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch: my companions ordered seafood pot pie which they raved about, from the presentation til last bite, and I had spaghetti squash with mushroom cream sauce. Delicious! We felt glamorous as we shared a tall slice of decadent chocolate cake for dessert. Attentive, friendly service. Beautiful airy decor with the largest framed mirror I’ve ever seen — must be 8 or 9′ by 10′ — dorky observation but seriously, that mirror. SO old Florida. And all this was completely affordable on a very modest budget. Looking forward to another lunch and definitely want an overnight stay.

Loved the atmosphere. The waiter was very attentive, even though tending several large party tables. Great tasting food, a little pricey but still worth it.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to have dinner this is definitely it. The food, however, is way below average. The menu is pretty limited, just a few limited options are available. I wanted to have the shrimp and they were out. We ordered the calamari which were not bad but had absolutely nothing special about them. Now the salmon came with pilaf rice which was pretty unsavory and almost inedible, and included a red sauce similar to spaghetti sauce which was horrible. If you are used to good food this is not the place to visit.

We had a small birthday celebration tonight at the Sacha Restaurant in the Hacienda and just wanted to compliment our outstanding server, Heather. So personable and yet so professional and did an outstanding job as our server. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend the shrimp cappellini….and the tempura fried shrimp were outstanding. Wonderful atmosphere for our dinner party.

I had Sunday brunch today at Sasha’s with 2 best friends and we were all disappointed. Our brunch coffee was cold, our eggs were hard, our French toast, 1 piece was nothing special and for breakfast potatoes we were given French fries??. A $21 breakfast besides tip. Not going back. Too bad because the hotel put a lot into making it very nice but we were all disappointed.

The hotel and grounds are so beautiful. I have been dying to try Sasha’s since it opened. Gosh I had extremely high hopes for this place. My fiancé and I went on a lunch date today and I am extremely shocked at the incompetence of the servers and service. We sat outside at our table for 30 minutes for our drinks to be made. At no point did anybody from the restaurant come to us with regards to our drink order or food. There were 5 tables in the entire establishment. We ended up walking out when we overheard another server talking about how they had no clue on how to make the drinks on their own menu. Not to mention we ordered fries as an appetizer and those didn’t even come out. Pretty place, horrible service. Very very sad for a boutique hotel.
