These guys are great! The pizza is fantasic; evenly cooked with excellent topping dispersion across the top. They’re always at Eureka Heights on Wednesdays for the Trivia night there which hits the spot after some of those great beers. The MVP is my go to. When they’re busy, stay patient, the wait is worth it.

Cool concept w a mobile brick oven. Pizza itself is excellent. Prices are super fair. Probably sucks if you are 80th in line for a pizza at a busy spot, but the food itself gets 5 stars from me. Better than a number of the brick and mortars around here.

I was told it would take 30 min to an hour. I went to get an ETA since an hour pass and they didn’t want to give me one. If they can’t keep up with demand at Eureka then stop taking orders. Ridiculous!!
