Whoops, reviewed Sato sushi already. Omakase was worth. Service felt like we were a nuisance, somehow in a good way? Felt like trying to talk to the cool person in high school, but somehow felt honored they would serve us in the first place. Solid, some of the dishes kind of missed but not too bad, the soul of it was solid. Well selected and prepared fish.

Absolutely incredible. Easily one of the finest meals I’ve ever had, in addition to being a sublime sushi experience. Ever single bite was more delicious than the next, couldn’t even tell you what my favorite was. Just mouthgasm! The service was wonderful as well. Truly, an all around stellar and special experience, but extra special for uni and o-toro lovers like myself.
