It’s the second time I’ve been there and the place is very disorganized, at the entrance it says to wait to be seated, but no one comes, I walked close to bar and looked to see if someone would sit me down, everyone ignored me after 5 minutes The waitress came, she told me if I could wait 15 more minutes, I told her ok, 20 minutes passed and no one approached me they left me in a forgotten room terrible service

Tried to eat here 3 times now, first two times was told we didn’t have a reservation so they could not seat us, party of 2, and tons of tables open. Thennnn just saw this sign yesterday…. And I can’t imagine their sushi being that amazing and it’s never been packed full of people

I absolutely love Satsuma! It’s always predictably good! They are always so nice and can basically make you custom rolls if requested! I’d give it four stars because sometimes the service is slow, but I wrote this review, based on the FOOD itself! I wish they were open during lunchtime like they used to be though. Although if they were I’d be eating it way too much lol

I got the Chirashi and fry calamari, the fish was so poorly cut, and everything tasted the same, bland, flavorless and the calamari no taste whatsoever. Nothing more disappointing that paying for food that provides not satisfying moments. Another Rancho Cucamonga restaurant failure. Did Rancho Cucamonga inherit all bad cook and chef. The food in this town goes from bad to worst. Thank god for Guidos pizza is the only thing i ever had in this town that is worth repeating.
