Service exceptional. Very polite guy, gave us more detailed explanations of some sauces, portions, options we had on different menu selections. Told us how long food would take as we were ordering (and which might take a little bit longer than others). We ordered 6 piece wing meal with cheese fries and pickle chips (we’ll working our way through the menu, but starting with the basics!). Portions were very reasonable, excellent mild Buffalo wing sauce. Fresh carrots & celery. Pickle chips tasty too, extra crispy. Did I mention the ranch dressing? Delicious (guy said they make it fresh every morning).

Wait for 3 combos was almost an HOUR! The food (when it finally came) was not fabulous but do not come here unless you want to eat in about an hour. No ice in the soda machine and no one at the counter to tell for almost 25 mins. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The dinner roll was a run of the mill room temp roll with some honey butter? drizzled on top. The wings were hot and OK, not one hour wait great. The fries were plentiful and the lemon pepper fries were good. But we definitely weren’t excited about the food. We spent $42 and change for 3 people and we should have gone somewhere else. The staff was so very nice and you could tell they were doing their best, no one was sitting and doing nothing. The staff was the best thing about the place.

First Time here at The Fox Lake IL location. 30 boneless wings sweet home bbq and garlic parmesan fries tenders fried pickles and corn SO DELICIOUS! Store was VERY clean and the customer service was AMAZING!

Tried the new Sauce and Toss in fox lake, I got a burger, garlic parmesean fries and a roll, the roll an burger were really good, great flavor,cooked just the way I like; fries were a little soggy but not too bad I would definitely try again!! 7.5 outta 10!

Went here for their grand opening, food is pretty great and the service was impeccable. Courtney was an absolute pleasure, helpful and accommodating. The floors were a bit dated and dirty but the overall experience was excellent.

Did a mobile order for pick up. All the wings weren’t labeled- we had a medium sized group so it was a lot of guessing and the fries were all super soggy. When picking up, although we chose 6 drinks (specifically what drink) when ordering, pick up person had to fill each one from a fountain themselves with no receipt or reference. Maybe dining in experience would be better.

Service was good, food was incredible. cheap and definitely not overpriced as others say. if you want good cheap wings/tenders i would definitely recommend here!! 1/3 the price of Buffalo Wild Wings, but more quantity. great atmosphere, i would give it a 9.5/10
