Quality control issue.. the entire underside of the pizza was burnt but not in a “wood fired” way. The sausage was crumbled so small on the sausage pizza it was hard to discern it was even there. The meatball dish was tasty especially with the ricotta+long hot so that’s why I gave 3 stars. The garlic knots left something to be desired, they needed salt.

As a transplant from NJ I’ve struggled to find good pizza for the last 4 years, but Sauce has finally delivered! Everything from crust to the sauce was perfectly done. Gals on the phone and at pickup were professional and pleasant. Our new favorite pizza place ❤️

My favorite pizza place! The vegan options and ingredients are the best in 50 miles when it comes to pizza. I swing over from NJ when I’m craving something. Jeff makes a great Stromboli or Calzone. They have vegan pepperoni and sausage, as well as several kinds of vegan cheese. Delish!!

Really disappointing take out. Caprese salad – tasteless, hard tomato. Pesto pizza had a dull bland pesto with a flat greasy crust. Wanted to like it as it is a small local place but this was not good today. I have had their food before and it had been very good but a big miss this time. Ultimately we threw it out. Staff were friendly and order was on time. July 14, 2022 (evening)

Tried a plain pizza. They know well done is the best way to make pizza. The crispiness is the best. I was a little disappointed in the veganism. We want the beef! When the bar down the street has duck pizza, you gotta bring your A game. Don’t want fake soy meat. Got mozzarella cheese fries and they were really good. Had a nice deep fried flavor and the cheese was really good. Wish they would open a dining area too.

It’s great pizza, and well done(the way all pizza should be). Good undercarriage and ingredients. My only complaint is that I wish the crust was fluffier. I understand this isn’t neopolitan style, but the crust is very dense

Disclaimer. I don’t understand why people like burnt or well done pizza. Went for first time. Read reviews about well done pizza and decided to try anyway. The interior here has no atmosphere very bland for eating in. Got a Brooklyn pie and asked counter person if it was served burnt or well done. I was told no. I got the pizza, looked and smelled very good. Took a bite and very crispy and dry. Looked at crust..almost burnt. Somewhat tasty but cant gey by the dry over cooked pizza. If they took it out of the oven 3 minutes earlier it would have been delicious. Again, i dont understand burnt pizza. I wont be back. A pizza was also 23 bucks. Seems high for pizza that is almost inedible to my family. Wont be back here. If you are a fan of burnt pizza…maybe you will like it

Was so excited to get our white pie home only to be let down. It tastes like someone put pepper on the pizza. I can’t give it to my kids like that. The cheese tasted old. It tasted like a left over pizza. I hope I can give it a 2nd chance but not happy about my first experience especially since the reviews are so good. Just disappointing

Brought the entire kids crew with us to the soft opening on July 24th. Got ourselves the Quatro formaggio, the no sausage party, pepper-phoney and the white. All hits with the kids, they actually didn’t say a word about the meat substitutes, and I’d say that’s a rave review from no-filter kids. The ingredients all taste top notch and fresh. Something about the dough that they make here that just elevates the entire pie to another level. In house made bread is worth a stop even when pizza isn’t that nights choice for dinner. Don’t skip out on the garlic knots, we devoured our order before we got home. This place firmly contends for one of the most solid pizzerias in the area.
