They like to serve certain customers ahead of others. Two customers got their burritos made ahead of FIVE other customers who had been waiting regardless of those two customers ordering last. No one else’s time matters to these workers.

Change the name of your business to just Saucedo’s. You can’t call yourself a Tamale Factory if you never have tamales. Walk in at 8 AM and ask for 4 dozen tamales, “sorry, they won’t be ready for 45 minutes”. This is like the 4th or 5th time. For real!

Quick in and out for burritos. They have a good breakfast selection. Love their salsa they give with the burros, a lil spicy which I love. Their tamales aren’t to bad either, a lil on the skinny side but overall good.

Great food! I would give them 5 stars, however their sweet tea was off, and I do believe it’s from not cleaning the container often enough, or they don’t dump their tea regularly as they should. Everything else is amazing!

Tamales are small and extremely greasy however they’re the best in odessa. Overall they aren’t bad. I also tried their asado, i don’t like so much fat in my asado but if you do then it’s for you.

We buy alot of tamales but they are pretty small & a bit chili hot but the most mild we can find. Sometimes u have to check bcuz they will sell u reheated (in microwave) instead of fresh made that same day & you can definitely tell the difference & they charge you the same amount. They close at 3 so you have to go in time & I think they r closed Sunday & maybe Monday, you have to check these. They are very accessible to a main street but slow down car cuz you’ll ruin underneath of your car trying to get in & out of their parking onto street cuz of the bad dip. They have booths & also tables, a restroom & drive thru, pretty local popular! Good prices, good food!
