First time ordering (online). The food is good, but my chips and guacamole were missing. I tried to call. An automated system suggested leaving a voice message. Voice-mail box was full. So far, there is no way to get a refund unless I drive to the restaurant. Not a good first experience.

This is for the Arlington VA location. Under no circumstances should you order from here. We order regularly and have noticed quality slipping lately. Today, I found a COCKROACH in my burrito. I was halfway through when I saw it. Never again.

This place does not exist? I placed a mobile order at Savage Burritos and went to pick it up. When I arrived there is literally no store called Savage Burritos.. instead they expect you to know that it is actually Uncle Julio’s, despite the fact that everything involved with your order is under the name Savage Burrito. Once I finally figured out that it was Uncle Julio’s, I went to pick up my food at 12:15 and the doors were locked! Why are you accepting a pick up order for a time when you literally aren’t even open?? When I tried to call to get a refund nobody answered the phone. Horrible customer service, will not ever bother trying this place again.

By far the single worst Mexican food to come out of a high end restaurant. I have never been so CONSISTENTLY disappointed in the burritos as uncle julios is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Every single time I order (no exaggeration) the burrito comes destroyed with all the ingredients in one place and not mixed. The screenshot below you can see all the sour cream and vegetables literally shoved to the bottom so the first bite I took was 100% habanero salsa and nothing else, I instantly threw up as a mouthful of only tortilla and habanero salsa is repulsive. I order double carne to get less meat than if I ordered regularly. McDonald’s literally makes better burritos than this place, go to chipotle and save your taste buds from uncle julios leftovers.
