The staff was very courteous and attentive to my order. I had explained to them that my wife and I had never eaten at their establishment and to let us know what their specialties were and what made those items their best. One of the burgers was their Avocado Bacon Burger, which is what I chose. My wife chose the carne asada plate (not mentioned as one of their specialties). For mine, I got a combo with Fries and a fountain drink.

I ordered online for pick-up then waited 30 min for my dry nasty chicken, chicken strips that were hard, where’s the chili on my burger? And the fries, yuck. Soggy, under cooked, old and no salt. Why did it take almost an hour for this horrible food? Savory used to be my favorite place for chili cheese burgers. I think I’ll go back to Louie burgers where I get hot fresh food and chili on my burger. $50 for 2 adults and a child to eat and 75% had to hit the trashcan, just not worth it.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had to date within the City of Long Beach. The customer service goes above and beyond the normal line of duty to ensure the ultimate satisfaction in customer support, alongside a large selection from the menu that’s well organized, orders are readily available (cooked to order) orders can be made online, over the phone as well as in person. With an establishment that’s warm, welcoming, ergonomically correct as well as aesthetically appellant on the eyes. From my family to yours I thank you for being the heartbeat of the city.

Nice clean and friendly service but the food is cold and not so good, has really little flavor in the meat but the fries are pretty good.

Food was good, but the wait and service needs improvement. Would eat there again, but I’d call the order in and take it to go…

Stop by this place because it’s near my sister’s house and we had been driving for 2 hours. We figured how bad can it be. The parking has a weird layout combined with their drive thru. What we ordered was a carne asada burrito, fried chicken dinner and a jalapeño mushroom cheese burger. The food was “eh” but specially the burger ! The meat was hard and flavorless. Took 2 bites and threw it away. As far as the burrito and fried chicken dinner… According to mom and dad they were “ok if there’s no other choice” which we didn’t have because it was late at night and we were all hungry. The service was decent, the cashier was polite. The price of the food seemed a little high to me. Would I go back NO, not by choice.
