The chocolate custard was not good. It was vanilla mixed with what tastes like inedible mocha. Absolutely not what is in the picture splashed all over the store. I could not eat any of it and threw it in the trash. My burger combo came out incorrect. The burgers and chicken were good but that’s about it. The cheese curds are too spicy for most to eat.

Never a bad experience here. My son ordered from here and I was impressed. I got a meal today after doing my hair. Got the slider, Cajun fries and 2 piece. When I placed my order, the guy at the register says, *Drop 2.” My meal was freshly prepared and HOT! Please note they may or may not close an hour early. I got lucky because they turned down 2 customers as I was waiting for my order; the customers were so chill and understanding about it. This is a great local establishment!

Rushing orders grease not changed possibly making someone sick not a good place to eat I was just there tonight 6/7/2023 @ 10:40 picking up food that was already ordered I ordered over the phone I asked for my burgers to be well done the guy working the register told me ten minutes my food will be done I knew something was up usually I wouldn’t say anything but I am now this has to stop people could end up getting sick due to these issues I’ll show you a video of my food I also tip the guy being nice look at those fries I got food that was already made all they did was warmed it up this is not right it’s also a piece of hair on the burger wrapping if you look at the picture you can see it right there

This was my very first time having Savvy Sliders and my experience was nothing short of amazing! Food tastes amazing and the customer service was even better. I tried to order online, but it wasn’t working so I walked inside and I’m glad I did. One of the corporate managers was in the store, fixing the shake machine, which I really wanted to shake, but I thought it was out of service so I didn’t get one. He was fixing the machine while I was waiting for my food and once the machine got fixed he presented me with a shake for the inconvenience. Savvy Sliders does a great job of hiring their wonderful staff! THANK YOU!

This is the first time I had Savvy and it was not on point. My other experiences were exceptional but this time and this location let me down. The food was only ok. My buns were well done and my fries were kind of well done also. The boxes were dirty on the outside. Sauce dripping down the box and lettuce was stuck to the bottom of the box.

Absolutely fantastic burgers. Had them again today. They are “sliders” so they are smaller than a regular burger, BUT, you get two of them. Fries are very good too. The wait time is expected because they are making your meal fresh and tastes like it. If you haven’t ate here yet, give it a try. You will enjoy it.
