First time here and I just wanna say that I am super pleased at how great their customer service is. I didn’t know what to get and the young beautiful lady name ANALAH was so sweet , friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and was so helpful with my decision making to get the steak sliders,…it’s amazing to see that there are young teenagers working on a Saturday during summer break and still have an amazing attitude and her love for her job. So great job beautiful and your manager should promote you to a trainer.

Killer food absolutely every time. Slightly longer drive-through wait than fast food, but the food is more than worth it. Every time I have been, the chicken has been super fresh and the fry seasoning is great. Excellent service and super friendly staff!

I enjoyed my American cheeseburger and chicken tenders. Love the options for the meals. The cajun fries were spicy and delicious. The savvy sauce is a good dip for the fries but I also enjoyed them with the tenders. Lemonade was good. Will be back to try other options. Service was great. Restaurant was clean.

This place is a joke. Used the app and waited in line for 30 minutes. After waiting that long , is was offered no upgrade or something for the inconvenience. I get home and my order was completely wrong. Every time I go to this place the wait is rediculous. Also the wait isn’t because the Inside is swamped. I waited 30 minutes and there was 2 persons inside to be helped. This will probably be the last time I go there, it sucks

I would have loved it if they had shut down online ordering… before I placed a $14 order online, drove 15 minutes to the restaurant, and was told “we’re closed and not able to make orders”. No details as to why, just can’t make the order that I’ve already paid for. Awesome. It’ll take 3-4 business days until I see the money again. Awesome. Way to run a business. Bye bye Savvy.

Yesterday I ordered two crispy chicken sliders along with fries from the drive through around noon. Fried chicken was dry and fries were wilted. Must have been sitting there for a while. I ordered food twice before and it was fresh both times.

I took the time to go to your establishment at 1:30 AM on 7-21-23. I was told that my order could not be taken for 15 to 20 minutes because they were too busy with online orders and door dash orders to take mine. I suppose they can’t be bothered with taking the order of someone who actually showed up over online orders and door dash. Someone that actually shows up should ALWAYS be taken care of before online and door dash orders. The most important customer is always the one right in front of you. I gave you a second chance tonight. You WILL NOT get a third. I’m telling everyone I know about your garbage establishment.
