Got a delivery order to my job. I’ve always had great food here until today. My food arrived completely cold. My Boom sauce was missing,, which is my favorite. And, when I went to bite into my chicken tender, there was a wire wounded up inside the chicken tender! I’ve never! I don’t know what’s going on up there. But, this is a safety issue!

I must have gone at an off time on an off day. Waiting a long time. When I got my food parts of my order were missing or wrong. Wrong size shake that came with hair in it… Then I asked about the missing item and I was told they ran out… wasn’t offered any substitutions. Wrong sauce was spilled all over the chicken fingers. Overall sad experience.

Two stars and I am being generous. If this is what you are serving your customers, it is quite shameful and disappointing. Quality of wing dings was subpar, what a waste of my $9 spent. Didn’t even get “whole” wing dings, some were like “nuggets”. I could have put this $9 in my gas tank. I won’t be coming back to this location again!

The food was good, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean with lots of seating areas. I was a bit underwhelmed with the chicken fingers. They were hot and juicy but bland. The sauces are good, but they charge for each container. Sliders were good, but i only had the chicken, which is made with the same bland unseasoned meat. The bread was great. Plan to go back to try out the custard shakes.

Walked in and was greeted immediately which was a major plus. The food was cooked fresh but didn’t take forever, I still got the fast food feel. The staff and managers were knowledgeable on their products and went above and beyond to assist. My wife loved the cod slider, I went with the home style chicken and we both loved the Mediterranean chicken. Can’t leave without trying the shakes.. banana pudding, strawberry cheesecake and Oreo!

I didn’t get her name and I wish I had, but the girl who was working the counter Thursday August 24th at 10:30 pm….I’m talking to you. You’re awesome. We came in on the way home from cedar point on a whim because no other fast food type restaurant had an open dining room at that time of night. It was surprisingly busy for such a late hour on a week night, and as a restaurant worker myself I felt for the staff dealing with so much business at that time of night. Of course when a restaurant is busy thats when customers act the worst. So I tried to show the girl taking my order some patience and kindness because I could tell other patrons were being impatient and difficult, and i could tell she appreciated it. She was just so sweet and managed to give great service despite the challenges she was facing. Our food came out hot and delicious, and I really enjoyed my crab cake slider. So, to the late night staff working your butts off….keep smiling and don’t let rude and impatient customers get to you….you’re doing great!!

Tasty eats in a small shop along Washtenaw; try the juicy chicken fingers, delicious sliders or pick the combo box to try a little of everything. The custard shakes are amazing, but good luck getting them through a straw! Limited indoor seating; for the fastest service, order on the website or app for pickup.

Employees were friendly and helpful (it was our first time there). Loved that when we got home, after about a 10-15 min drive, the tenders I got were still crispy! The seasoned fries were great. Only downside was that the tenders were pretty small.

Late night chicken spot in Ypsi. They have tons of options from chicken strips, burgers, wings, milkshakes, Etc. I got an order of the strips, grilled and fried. I really liked the grilled ones but fried strips were just ok. Compared to places like raising canes and chick fil a, they fall in the mid category in my opinion.
