The atmosphere was wonderful and the food is fantastic though very rich. Our server was also the bartender who was rocking it. However was very busy with the bar also. While other servers were walking around (professionally) but with much less work going on.

Say Cheese is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. From the appetizers to the entrees,each dish is cooked to perfection with great attention to detail. On this visit, I got the Garlic Cheese Curds, Chicken Parmesan Dinner, Cacio e Peppe Gnocchi, and a bottle of wine. The Garlic Cheese Curds were not only delicious but also came out piping hot and fresh, with a crispy exterior and a gooey, cheesy center. The garlic and butter added a beautiful depth of flavor that was not too overpowering, making it a perfect appetizer to start the meal. They were also served with a marinara sauce that was perfect for dipping and complimented the richness of the cheese curds well.The Chicken Parmesan Dinner was served in a generous portion, with tender chicken that was cooked to perfection. The rigatoni pasta was cooked to al dente perfection, and the vodka sauce was creamy and full of flavor, making it a perfect complement to the dish. The Caesar salad that came as a side was fresh and crisp, adding a nice contrast to the dish.The chicken was tender and juicy and not dry at all and had a perfect crunchy exterior. It’s hard to find chicken parmesan done this well anywhere.As for the Cacio e Peppe Gnocchi, the cheese sauce was velvety and rich, and the gnocchi was soft and fluffy. The dish was perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of salt and cheese, creating a beautiful blend of flavors. While the black pepper flavor was not very prominent, the dish still managed to impress with its creaminess and deliciousness. Overall, Say Cheese! does an excellent job of using fresh and high-quality ingredients, which truly enhances the flavor of the dishes. The dishes are also beautifully presented, with attention paid to the smallest details. The restaurant is a great spot for a casual night out or a special occasion, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. In addition to the restaurant, Say Cheese! also has a cheese shop that is worth checking out. With ample seating both indoors and outdoors, it’s a perfect place to dine with friends or family, and the cheese shop is a great spot to find unique and flavorful cheeses to take home.

Came here for dinner during Reading Restaurant Week and had a fantastic time! The service was great and the food was wonderful! The charcuterie was full of a variety of meats and cheeses and the salmon Mac and cheese was incredible (and I had enough for leftovers the next day)! The cheesecake is also really good if you have room for dessert! They also had live jazz when we were there and house wines for only $5 (for their Wednesday special) which was a nice touch! Definitely would be back to try more options on the menu and would recommend!

Came across this Gem while looking for a place to eat before a concert. Couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s rare to find a good restaurant by chance. If I didn’t live 2 hours away, I would be a regular. Delicious burger!
