So tonight is the last time I will order from here. The food is decent for the money but the prices are always different, I get the same thing every time I order. Tonight there was a mess up on one of my pizzas and when I called to have them remake it and customer service was very rude and took over an hour to get my replacement made right. They don’t listen when you call and order food. I order breadsticks with cheese dipping sauce I get a pizza with no sauce. I’ve order just the cheese sauce by itself they give me cheese fries. I’m tired of spending over $50 for food and they always mess it up. Go almost every week because my wife and kids love their food.

2-23-22, was not a good evening for Pizza I guess for me and my family I spent 65$ did not look at the pizza’s during my picking them up and got them home !!”ALL” 3 were burnt chard my grandkids wouldn’t even eat them, I am so mad, so I called them are they stated that’s how their broilers work they send them through on a belt,I couldn’t get back there at that time so they will accommodate me and give me 1free pizza the next time I order, no problem I have lived at Saylors and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed with their food the pictures don’t show the intensity of how burnt these pizza’s were,I will go back for a better review, I just couldn’t believe they would think it was OK to serve their product in this horrible condition,

I gave my order..they took it..I gave my card number he didn’t take it down..after the long pause..I asked him did through..he said he was waiting on me to go get my card..he been dealing with this all day…he said ..did I want to call back..I was like no…He hung up on me…I called back..and said ..I was just hung up on and didn’t know if I wanted to order. ..I was scared to order…they first denied..doing and said it wasn’t malicious..Then said I didn’t have to order..then hung up on me again….It never happened when I ordered and a women took my order…This was a male with a chip on his shoulder…having a bad day taking it out on other people.
