In town on business and wanted a bite. Hotel front desk had recommended this place. It’s a short walk from the Marriott and gave it a try. The restaurant has its own entrance or can be accessed from the super market. You place the order at a counter and sit where desired with a given order number to place on the table. I received first a street Taco carnitas. Super tender and flavorful. Yum!!!! Covered with cilantro and onions.

Good atmosphere, it’s hard to have a conversation with tv’s at high volume. Al Pastor tacos and rolled taquitos were delicious. Place needs to add more to their menu.

I was completely thrown off when I walked in and noticed it was connected to Vallarta Supermarket! We enjoyed our micheladas while chatting with the bartender Edgar. He is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of liquor types, brands, history, and their processes. Also, amazing to see how Vallarta has grown from the original , small market I visited as a kid while continuing to offer quality food and friendly service.

Great food. Try the chorizo sliders. This place honestly surprised me great appetizers and great drinks. We went during happy hour and everything was amazing. Had a drink that was like a mojito but with mezcal. So good during the hot weather.

I had the chicken taquitos plate with 4 generous taquitos on a bed of greens. It had some guacamole and Pico de Gallo freshly made in house. I asked for some salsa and they brought a nice cup of spicy red salsa. It was filling and inexpensive. After my meal I went shopping in the Vallarta store that is attached.

Great bar and food. A fun place to hang out with a group, but top shelf drinks are REAL expensive.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We were treated terrible from the time the female bartender opened her mouth…Asked for an item listed on the menu and she said, “We don’t serve that.” We were targeted because we were a large party…we were treated terrible. Don’t waste your time unless you want to be mistreated…Would have spent more but was asked to leave because we bought a drink in the store which us connected to the bar. No signs stating it wasn’t allowed, security even held the door as I walked to the patio….

The system they have doesn’t work right, I understand the times change, but not all the people it’s qualified to order online or in a tablet, good food, bad service, at the end the atmosphere it’s not right because no one service, maybe the tips, could make the employees feel better and give the attention to the customer.
