Update: It still sucks. And no it’s not “occasionally”. I went again today and the buffet was closed and even though the pasta was there and out he refused to serve it to me because he said pizza only. Just close this stupid place already. Why do you bother being open????!!

I wanted a whole pizza. They refused to make me a whole pizza would only sell by the slice even though they have whole pizzas listed for sale. 1600 in the afternoon on a Wednesday.

I love finding Sbarros that are truck accessible. I went in at 10am and most of the pizzas, stromboli etc were already out. They open at 10:30 so all that delicious food sat for at least half an hour before they could even think of selling it. I bought a spinach stromboli which I was excited about. The crust was slightly burnt and the filling was watery.

I stopped into Sbarro for a quick slice of pizza and got about what I was expecting. While the slice was certainly large and filling, it was also quite greasy and oily. The crust wasn’t particularly crispy or flavorful, and the cheese and sauce seemed a bit bland and underseasoned. Overall, it’s not the best slice I’ve had, but in a pinch, it will do.

Sbarro used to make a decent slice. Those days are over. Frozen pizza far exceeds the quality of the wet bread with fake cheese that this brand considers pizza.

I had to wait for the workers to finish having their conversation before they served me. Fine. I get 2 slices of pizza. I order it for here. Every Sbarro I have ever been to, puts the pizza back in to be reheated. Apparently they don’t? So, yeah, I spent a lot of money for cold pizza. They just flat out said no. I really felt like I was more of a bother to them rather than a customer. Turns out, they were in a rush to leave. Just after I sat down, the man that was over at Burger King came over to Sbarro and said shut it down. Within minutes the lights were off and they were gone. So it’s normal to sell people over priced cold pizza because you want to leave work by 9pm? Hmm.

Aside from the heavenly pizza the service was truly exceptional. Free magic show with a purchace basically. The pizza chef left me and the 10 customers in front of me (lunch gate flood) in awe. Speed multi-tasking doesn’t describe it. As he flung the dough in the air, he swiftly rotated the pies in the oven, sliced the ready ones and had the sauce, cheese and toppings on the perfectly flattened crust the moment it landed. The polite teenager served the slices up in a friendly courteous manner that should make any parent proud (could’ve been home playing video games til a ripe age of 30 instead). 10 min later it’s already my turn to order, I ask for a whole sausage pie and Bamm the chef pulls a steaming one out the oven and boxes it up. Wow, he also reads minds! Last I heard Musk himself was looking for these guys for advice on how to serve clients on demand.

I’ve been to several Sbarro and have never had an issue. However, this location, was an awful experience. They were ‘out’ of almost everything I tried to order (pepperoni stromboli, pepperoni pizza, Alfredo). Finally got a slice of cheese pizza which was okay at best. Got the combo with breadsticks which were ICE cold. Employees were rude. Other customers in line were also having problems as well. When there wasn’t people in line employees were just standing there.

This place was awful. Stopped in on my way home around 12:30 and yes it was busy, but the woman working was an absolute (rhymes with punt). Pizza was undercooked you could see through it, the employees were rude as Far.

Whoever is managing this place needs to go. I stop my truck, walk the half mile to enter the place and at 230 in the afternoon they are out of pizza. Never stop here again, never.
