My favourite thing when it comes to Sbarro is spaghetti and meatballs and they usually make it very good but at this location they somehow managed to screw up the whole thing because they gave me half cold spaghetti, obviously left from previous day, cold meatballs and no breadstick.

Came to buy a sausage, bacon stromboli. The ones that were ready made that they claimed were done first thing this morning didn’t look good. I asked for a fresh one and was told it would take 3 to 4 hrs. I said I would come back and as I was walking off the employees started to laugh. They were extremely unprofessional.
