I’ve walked into different malls and different food court. I’ve never felt disgusted with any place more than this place. All the employees where rude and full of attitude even before I started ordering what I wanted. I ordered a New York size Pizza and wanted an extra cheese in which I was willing to pay for it. What I got back was a rude response and had to make me pay 6.00$ for an extra cheese. And the food was not even worth for the price… At all!!! I will never EVER come back to this place again. I will never wish anyone to go there. I’ll make sure people would know about this place.

This was the worst pizza I’ve had in my years of living. My family enjoyed it but I didn’t. Costumer service was great! But the food was not. The pizza was saggy barely any cheese and it was like rubber. If you enjoy rubber this is your place! This is my honest review and I don’t normally write reviews.

I was at this Sabarro in Prince George’s mall and the woman at the register told me the fresh ordered whole pepperoni pizza you purchase looks just like the pizza on display, this was not true. I asked her 3 times if she was sure the fresh whole pizza will be fully covered in pepperoni and all 3 times she said yes but when I got the pizza there was noticeably less pepperoni and missing from the top like 8-10 pieces. The woman suddenly couldn’t speak english clearly and kept saying the cheese it moved, I saw 2 other whole pepperoni pizzas out of the oven with mine and they looked fully covered… I feel so cheated and lied to, it was approximately January 19th, 2021 at 5pm, it’s only January but I’ve already spent $50 there but now I can not spend another dime there, her excuse made no sense of the cheese it moved when the other 2 pizzas for display looked perfect. Oh you got me good, but now I don’t come back… so I guess I got you
