Honestly, the whole experience was better than anticipated. Given how run down the whole mall is, I had reservations about how good it would be. But the food was delicious. The service was great. And the garlic sauce was to die for. Only real complaint was the restaurant was a little on the warm side and felt a little run down. Could definitely use a bit of a refresh. But I’ll definitely be coming back here a little more often. I was very impressed.

Ordered Sbarros from Door Dash. Got my wife and I each slice of pizza and two baked ziti’s only received one but got our money back. I use to work back in the near a Sbarros and would go their almost everyday for lunch. This food has went downhill. They use to give you more sauce with the ziti well its hardly any and to top it off the pizza crust was hard as a rock. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I just love this place n my favorite is the pizza n baked ziti!!! One Sunday I really wanted some baked ziti so it was like 530 n the close at 6pm on Sunday,I got there like 550pm n they were really quick and great they actually went to get me some baked ziti cause it was empty n time to close it only took like 7 minutes to get me some fresh it was delicious!!! I’m ready to go today after work and get me some more .thanks for service just wish there were more Sbarro’s around Baltimore city county not so far away !!!! But it takes like 15 minutes from my house to get there so that’s a plus.i also really wish they didn’t close the ordiance rd location that was upsetting to me

They warmed the pizza but it wasn’t warm enough and showed bad attitude when we asked and gave me a salad with no croutons when there was plenty in the catering pan.We were so unpleased.Disappointed indeed

THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!! A little on the greasy side… But the staff are always nice when i come and eat, and nothing is better than warm pizza! If i was you I’d prefer a good tasting pizza rather than a cardboard little ceasers pizza.

i ate there with my wife and another couple before going to the movies in the same wing of the mall. Although Sbarro is rather expensive and I tend to avoid them, I noticed a sign outside that indicated a large pizza with up to five toppings was $13 (or two for $22). I figured that was cheaper than four meals at Chick-Fil-A!

one star. I spilled my drink and I went up to the register asking for some napkins. the rude lady handed me about 5. I had to clean it up myself. my grandmother went back up to get more and still didn’t have enough as she cleaned it herself, until about 10 after that when they finally mopped it up. that rude lady didn’t tell anyone to mop it up until 10 minutes after we started cleaning me up.
