Ordered a Stromboli to go and had to say I wanted it cut and that was after it was put through the belt heater. Got a look for asking like I was the one in the wrong. I used to go here 2 or 3 time a week because it’s quick and convenient while at workbut the service has just been going down. The Stromboli wasn’t even fully wrapped in foil or cut in half after having to ask

Idk if Michael Scott would approve of his favorite authentic NY pizza place being inconveniently located in the back of the mall instead of near the food court. And $6 for one slice isn’t so great. But the pizza itself is good here and service is adaquate for a mall

I havent had a Sbarro slice of pizza in a long time and I gotta tell you, it was really REALLY delicious. I had the sausage and pepperoni slice, it was hot and fresh eith delicious sauce and a perfectly cooked crust. Next time your in the mood for a slice of pizza I highly reccomend this location!

Food there is tasty, but I feel I was tricked into something that was a higher price than I was expecting.

I have been here and walked past here too many times and they are so dirty at all times. How are all the tables constantly dirty and this is a sit down location. I asked them to please clean 2 tables and they laughed and continued their business so I asked again and was told that they don’t understand English and I have to wait. I will not continue eating here because of the front area is nasty like this, I can only imagine the back area. Btw, I went and grabbed their cleaner and wiped the tables myself. This is so disgusting

The Roman style pizza slice was excellent. The garden salad was average. The dressing selection was minimal. The veggies were of average freshness and the taste was good. Service and staff were very good. Dining room was fairly clean but many tables still had crumbs from previous diners. With Covid-19 there was already limited seating so I’d recommend they be more diligent about cleaning tables right after a party leaves.

Staff is friendly. I am from New York and this pizza is close to NY style pizza but not quite.

Was there Saturday, January 8 around 6:30p and ordered cheese pizzas and pasta with the sauce on the side. Pizza was okay, pasta noodles were slimy and slightly light brown on a two edges. Being hungry, I assumed the slime was from oil on the noodles and the edges being dry. Well, full scale food poisoning the next afternoon! I was so sick and still not recovered. I ate everything my mom did Friday and Saturday, except the pasta and sauce, and my mom did not get sicks. It’s been almost a week and my stomach is still nauseaous and cramping. I will NEVER EVER eat at this business establishment and I will ask for the MD health department to make a surprise visit! BEWARE

Don’t buy their pizza unless you see it come out the oven. Sbarro chains around the country are known to see you old pizza from 1 to 5 days old. If the cheese doesn’t look bright white and melted, don’t buy it. If it looks solid and grey don’t eat it. I laugh at people paying too prices for old pizza. $5 for a 1 topping slice should entitle you to fresh pizza.
