The manager who was prepping my pizza order and drink, had no personality nor any patience for me to decide on which lemonade I wanted to try. Literally felt like I was being rushed when nobody was in line behind me. His attitude was so uncalled for. & I’m 9 months pregnant so I’m sorry for wanting to make sure I get a flavor that i will like. Then he just gets on his phone in front of everybody and doesn’t care to look up for the other customers coming into line. Screw that manager. I won’t be back.

food is decent at best is my opinion. If you are buying by the slice it is kind of expensive. If you buy the whole pie the price is almost equivalent to just the 2 slice deal with a drink that they offer. At least when you buy the while pie the food is fresh out of the oven. I am a pizza lover, so me leaving a 3 star on a pizza restaurant really is saying a lot. The customer service is really good and the people working are nice. You better have good teeth to eat here because the crust is pretty hard!!!

I love sbarro but this place sucks. Always the worst customer service when I come here which is really a shame because I always loved going to sbarro in any mall I’ve ever worked in. This sbarro is the worst one I’ve gone to. Today, I went to get a snack and get just 2 breadsticks. The man (I think the manager because he’s always there, middle aged gentleman with the salt and pepper beard) said “wow real healthy dinner, huh?” Like dude if I wanted healthy food I wouldn’t be at sbarro. Not to mention the breadsticks were dry af. Disappointing. Wish there was another one in the area. Don’t recommend.

Food was ok but cant give any higher than a 2 because I was grossly overcharged and didnt realize it until later on that night when I was at home. For 2 cheese pizza slices, 1 pepperoni slice, 2 Pepsi’s and an apple juice…I was charged $25! Did the survey and told them about it but was told it was correct for what I ordered…I looked at the prices online and figure I was overcharged by $10! I actually like their pizza but wont be back again

Guys, I cannot believe you did not want to sale a whole pizza today at 5PM and also you did not want to cook my spinach Stromboli, do you guys close at 5pm? Come on guys, you need to cook as the advertising shows on your menu, otherwise remove the signs that says you sale whole pizza, cannot believe you guys want to sale a whole pizza per slices only instead of a whole pizza.

Been here twice recently and don’t understand why people go… 4.99 for a slice? Yeah, no. Employees were rude and ignored me for a while. They had 4 employees at least all talking and not doing anything, but on their phones.

Ordered a Stromboli. I was amazed at how small it was. The cheese was hard. The underside overdone. Broke a fork trying to cut through the dough cover. Bread was old. Temperature barely warm. Pepperoni way too greasy. Not recommended at all. Also tried breadsticks. Temp was barely warm. Bread stale. Greasy to touch. Not recommended at all. Soft drink machine dispensed soda with wrong combination of syrup and soda. The syrup content in the soda is way too low. Tasted almost like seltzer water.sweet tea is VERY VERY sweet. Thi k McDonald’s sweet tea with added sugar.
