So I got there at 10:30 AM. She said she don’t open up until 11:30 AM. The food sit out until she opens is hard and dry. And I came by at 11:21 and she said they still doesn’t open until 1130. So I went in on the website and say you guys open 11 o’clock. Her attitude is if she don’t want to be there if she don’t want to be there, she need to quit. She has a very nasty attitude. This is the manager. I don’t mind spending my money with Asian people. They are very attentive, and they make sure I have my food on time.

We just left the mall and my 12 yr old daughter loves your pizza we went early and staff kept telling us the open at 12:30 so we waited went up at 12.28 and they said we open at 12:30 I said I know we are just waiting finally they came from back at 12:32 kept ignoring us and finally helped us was so rude and short awful customer service they need to be re trained or they just hate working for sbarro it really shows even when we walked away from my daughter asked why were they so mean mom. It was really embarrassing I always leave tips but did not due today to their behavior unacceptable! I think the owner should be aware of this and make some changes I will not be going back to this certain sbarro unless changes are made!

Rude and disrespectful. After not putting a carrot cake that i paid for in my bag, i returned for the cake. The lady accused me for trying to get a cake for free. I told her the tip i gave you was more expensive than this cake. She said, “I doubt you guys give a tip.”Insinuating minorities don’t tip. Stay away if you are a minority. Incident happened on 03/18/2023 at 4:05 pm. The lady was white. I hope this store address this serious issue, it’s unacceptable.

I would give them a 0 stars but I placed an order in advance for a party and they forgot about my order. And waited over and hour to get it once I explain I didn’t need it and I’ll just take my refund they said they would not give it to me and take it up with my bank worst experience in triangle mall coming from both managers. My experience here was fantastic. The atmosphere of the mall’s food court was really nice in my opinion, and because the nearby Chick-fil-A line was way to large (as expected), I noticed this parlor, and tried the pepperoni, sausage, and bacon Stromboli, alongside a nice, cold Dr. Pepper. It was by far the best Stromboli I’ve had in a while, and the service was pretty solid, too, as the wait time for the food was fairly hasty. If I ever have the opportunity to order there again, 9 times out of 10 I will.

I went yesterday and when I was going to order I noticed the guy behind the counter already had an attitude but I ignored it and I ordered 2 large pizzas pepperoni and the other cheese me and my friend heard what I order then the guy behind the counter seem like he heard what I said so I said the order again I paid then he said it will be 15 to 20 minutes I was like okay after 20 minutes passed I went and checked he said another 10 minutes I was like okay then I waited then I went back up then he said 5 more minutes I was thinking other pizza places don’t usually take that long then Finally! The pizza was ready but he gave me 1 box I was like I ordered 2 pizzas he said hand on the Bible i order 1 I said nah I order 2 then he had an attitude I will never go back bad professionalism and very bad customer service.

I walked up 4 minutes before they were open, both ladies behind the counter said with an attitude “we ain’t open yet”. So i waited till 5 minutes past their open time and went back up, after they let me stand their for 5 minutes the manager said “we’ll be open in bout 15 minutes”. Very unprofessional avoid if possible.

When did Sbarro stopped making whole pies?!! As my husband and I were placing our order with a nice gentleman for a whole mushroom pizza, the lady working the register yells out “We don’t make whole pies!”. I checked the menu which clearly states whole pies for sale right above her head. The guy looks at her with a shocked face and told her he could make it. She then tells us that they were out of mushrooms. I heard the guy tell her that they had mushrooms. You clearly have an employee who needs customer service training or needs to find employment outside of customer service.
