We have not had Sbarro’s in quite some time. My dad used to be a GM for Sbarro’s so we used to eat a lot of it. It’s been 20 years since he’s worked there. The moment we took the first bite from the stuffed pepperoni and sausage pizza it took us back and reminded us how delicious this pizza is!!! The people working were so nice, friendly and very guest service oriented. Highly recommend.

Super expensive, it’s pizza it’s supposed to be cheap and quick. Lady at the register covered up the screen and charged me for an extra slice. When I went back to get my money back no apology no nothing she was annoyed I caught on to her. At $7 a slice I am not trying to pay for an extra slice. Expensive and scam artists is my summary of the place, service sucks.

I order the spaghetti and meatballs and the sauce is not real sauce is just water with oil and tomatoes, the meatballs taste frozen and they are pale. Horrible food and the pizzas look like they been there for a cool 15 mins just sitting there that the cheese is not even white anymore is yellow.

If you dont want to be aggrevated, disrespected and treated poorly than avoid eating from this sbarro!! The woman cashier is beyond rude and unprofessional. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager he just looked at me and repeated me in a confused state. I dont believe he even spoke English. The lady threw my change on the counter and just walked away after I requested a refund because I wasnt told I would need to wait 20mins for a pizza previously to ordering. I hope true management sees this review because they’re costing this establishment money! I wasnt the only customer that the lady cashier treated poorly. She got offended that a Male patron asked her to dump out some of the ice in the cup that she filled up about 90% with ice.

Good Food, great staff, the customer service was on point. It’s located in the food court at the mall . They took my order and within 30 second to a minute I was sitting down eating my meal. I got a slice of pizza and a coke . Just a quick lunch while I was doing some shopping . But thank you for a very enjoyable dining experience . Even if you guys don’t want that type of food , there are plenty of different choices of food in the food court and you have all the shops in the mall to enjoy. Do this place is a win for everyone .
