This guys overprice. As always I tried to get slide of pepperoni. They tried charge me $8.77. Always i paid $5.32 for it. Guy thought he is to smart when charging overprice. I asked why he doing that he just smiled me. Terrible customer service!!!

If the manager likes his job sadly he is not doing very well hiring people that at least have a little bit of customer service, not uniforms, dirty shirts, horrible customer service, cross contamination, using phones and manipulating food at the same time. Train your people, teach them how the food industry works, if you have those prices you better have a good service.

Horrible experience at this eatery. It’s almost as if the staff want you to eat what they prepare and not what you order. I ordered a NY style pizza and was given a Roma pizza. I explicitly mentioned my toppings and was given a pizza with mushrooms (that I said I was allergic to). Very disappointed.

I asked for Stromboli and the older lady with the excessive makeup gave me the end dry old piece. I asked for a newer middle piece and she huffed and rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. At that point I decided that I’m good because her attitude made me not want to eat there and I told here never mind and she got an even bigger attitude. Looking at the reviews for this place bad customer service is normal. Oh well I’ll try Wellington mall they’re always friendly.

Ordered a cheese pizza pie Sat afternoon and the dough tasted undercooked. I see a tendency in this at some Sbarro’s but most of the time the pizza is great! Not sure what’s going on at this food court though.

I ordered 4 slices with extra cheese and was told that they dont put extra cheese on slices that its already cooked. If i wanted extra cheese i had to order a while pie. He took the 4 slices put them in the oven and they literally were hearted up for 30 seconds. When i asked for a cheese bread they just put it on a plate without heating it up. I get my total without putting a drink order. I asked for a dr pepper and was told that its no good. I asked for an orange soda and a pepsi . This lady was so rude she rolled her eyes numerous times. I asked for garlic powder was told that if i dont see it there they dont have any. Pizza was cold service sucked
