Sbarro Corporate! Please come shut this place down and give it a good clean. It’s 11:00 am and the place opened up with crumbs and food all over the serving area and checkout. The tray they gave me was filthy. Your employees obviously did not clean up last night nor this morning. However, they were the sweetest workers this morning. The girl taking my order had a attitude like she didn’t wanna fix my order when I was telling her my order. The cashier was sweet. I hate coming out my way to come here and majority of the times I come there’s barely any strombolis nor do they have any sides besides salad. There’s either pizzas that people rarely eat or multiple pizzas of the same thing. I guess I should start calling so I don’t waste gas or be disappointed when I come there.

I decided I would give Sbarro’s a try. Since I haven’t had them in awhile. Aubrey very sweet asked me what I would like. I gave her my order. I then went down to see Daniel. He finished up my order. He was very polite, friendly, and funny! Top notch customer service! He asked what else I would like. After taking the rest of my order and realizing they were out of a few things he accommodated my order by going above and beyond what fast food vendors would do! I thanked him for what he did. As I finished my dinner and cleaned up. Daniel made sure that I was okay. I appreciate a young man working for a company and treats customers so well and also makes sure that we get home safe at night!

Hot delicious Stromboli at a decent price for a food court. Drinks were a little expensive with a bottle of water at 1.89. Clean counter with friendly, fast and efficient employees. We had Stromboli but the pizza and the meal items looked just as delicious.

My husband and I went on 10/27/2020 to order 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and he went to the bathroom while I ordered. I walked up to the counter at 6:45 PM and everything had been cleaned off and there were 2 ladies cleaning in the back. I stood there for a few minutes and another guy came behind me. One lady finally acknowledged that we were standing there and she looked at us with an expression like “What Do You Want”? I asked for a slice of pizza and she said, “Does it look like we have any food out?” I said, “your website says you close at 9”. And she said, “We close at 7”. I came back with, “well, it’s 6:45! Not time to close yet and you have 3 customers that wanted some Sbarro’s Pizza and my husband and I drove from Calera to get some and according to the website you close at 9 and we are here well ahead of time for 7 or 9!”
