The cheese was not gooey. It actually seemed like it had flour or cornstarch in it. I remember this pizza as a child and it was nothing like it. Times change and so did their pizza.

A picture is worth a thousand words. See the photos of the pizza they charged me $23 for and asked why i was charged by the slice rather then $14 for a large pizza. Horrible! Unfortunately, photos don’t reflect unfriendly customer service. Used to like the large thin crust from Sbarro’s 10, 20, 30 years ago. It’s gone downhill to the point where I will not be returning again! I also wanted to mention I selected four slices of pepperoni and four slices of cheese so they could simply reheat them and I could get home cuz I was in a hurry with my daughters. Instead they decided to bake me an entire new pizza and have me wait when I told them I didn’t want them to do that. Didn’t take 8 minutes like they said it took 35 minutes because they burnt the first one. After I asked if I could simply take four slices that are already made and I’ll reheat them when I get home she insisted no no no I’ll make another Pizza so I waited even longer with an impatient seven year old and hungry 11 year old. What a disappointment! What a horrendous Pizza I received. He asked me to contact customer service. Why should I bother? They need to retrain their staff or replace them.

Extremely overpriced and not worth the money! We ordered sandwiches and we’re very unimpressed. The sandwiches are mostly bread. They literally had almost nothing on them. Skimpy is putting it mildly. I couldn’t eat my philly cheesesteak because it had mushrooms and I am allergic. I’ve never even seen a philly cheesesteak that had mushrooms before….ever. I went to the counter to get something I could eat and when I was telling the man at the counter about not being able to eat it because of my allergy and before I could get another word out he opened the register and said here’s your money back and practically threw it at me. We’ll never eat here again and this place really needs to work on having a counter employee who has customer service skills. The man who was here when we visited was rude and just didn’t care. Also, their menu doesn’t tell you what’s on the sandwiches at all. It just says the name and the prices. No description at all. If they had a description I wouldn’t have ordered the cheesesteak I would have ordered something else. Go somewhere else and eat and spend your money where they appreciate your business.

On Friday night, November 4th, the saleswoman had a very bad attitude. I hope I don’t see this woman in the future. There is not a single piece of bread in the salad. My young daughter doesn’t know how to eat it, otherwise I will never eat this pizza.

What more can I say other than the pizza was absolutely fantastic and they have some pretty good deals for a meal! Of course, mall food costs more than if you were to just order a pizza at home, but I always look forward to being able to grab a quick slice of Sbarro pizza when I visit the mall!

The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. After waiting for 30 minutes for my pizza, he told me they had sold it to other customers. Then after waiting an additional 15 minutes or so for them to cook a new one, without apologizing he told me I should be “thankful he even cooked the pizza for me” and “why don’t I go call Papa John’s and then let him know how long that pizza takes”. I’ve never had an experience with a more unprofessional manager in my entire career.

My son loves pizza, but it was floating in grease! We had to use about 10 napkins to blot all the extra grease! The service was terrible. They forgot my order and sold it to someone else! Had to wait a total of 45 minutes to get his pizza! Won’t be going back!

I don’t typically leave reviews but I will never eat here again. Cashier charged me for a fountain drink when I asked for water, telling me it was cheaper than water; next employee left our pizza in oven, wandered into back and it was burnt when he took it out; another employee stretched pizza crust with his bare hands, no gloves.
