There is an older lady that works here who is rude to the MAX. I ordered a drink and only had a little ice in it. So I asked for a separate cup with ice. She gave me four pieces of ice and I asked for more ice she only added two ice cubes. Thennnn she gave me my pizza that barely had sauce. I asked for pepperoni and she gave me cheese twice. She asked for my payment So I just politely left the food, the drink and 4 ice cubes plus the 2 ice cubes she added at the counter.

I haven’t been to sbarro for awhile due to lack of service prep everything but I recently been going since Nikki Nelson started because everything is awesome! It’s customer service it’s the food like u want it everything is top notch!!! Every time I get a chance to go I go now I love it!!! Definitely see the turn around!!!
