Went a couple weeks ago and the pizza was pretty good. Was craving it again, so stopped in for lunch today (8/23/23) and it was awful. Crust was hard, cheese scarce, sauce salty. Like any restaurant it really depends on the chef as to what your food will taste like that day. I’m pregnant though so I was super disappointed. Good thing I got Chick-fil-A as a back up. Ha!

The pizza was awful. The potatoes were really salty, overly seasoned. Ziti was bland. We did not Gino our food. Regretfully, had to throw it away. The person working was very very very unpleasant. I stayed in line for the food but even that turned out to be a mistake. Waste of money.

Cashier uses gloves to handle the money and with the same dirty gloves handles the plastic ware, drinks and napkins. When asked to use clean hands to give me the plastic ware he was bothered and told a coworker that I didn’t make sense. The coworker then said that people like me should stay home. – I give 1 star because the food tasted good, but I am not sure how clean it is and I will not come back here. This is a shame because I love the spinach Stromboli.

I am not a fan of mall food generally. Also, I am not a big pizza fan. Sure it’s a fun food and part of Americana. I just don’t seek it. I had not eaten Sbarro in a long time. What a pleasant surprise – I actually sought it a second time. Forget mall, forget chain – this is good pizza. Big fresh chunks of veggies, good meats, really good sauce, I just really enjoyed it.

Worst customer service, I am a young girl to get something with supervision watching me and asked me with a rude tone yelling at me why didn’t I order a vegetable pizza when I got a pepperoni pizza before and assumed that I didn’t pay went to the back and said that I had a attitude when I had a normal tone with her beside that the pizza is good but the employee should be fired for her service and wearing a bondet with a attitude too a young girl that is innocent her description is a black female women about 5’3 to 5’6

The 2 ladies that worked today seemed to be swamped no less.. I understand how fusterating this can be.. as a former batista for Starbucks for 5 years. BUT make no mistake.. there is NO EXCUSE on how me, my MIL, and my 4 year old daughter were treated today. 1st the young lady who took my order seemed to dismiss me when I asked her about the side but I just ignored it knowing she just was busy and not thinking. The real problem was when we paid out. The lady had an attitude off rip.. didn’t realize that I couldn’t hear her because I was in a conversation and didn’t know it was my turn.. because I am deaf and wear hearing aids in both ears.. we proceeded to explain this and apologized but this lady just got nastier and nastier.. rubbing her tongue against the bottom lip of her mouth pushing it out like she wanted to hit something. I then told her I hoped her day got better. I’m just at a loss on why she decided it was OK to treat a paying customer this way.. one with a disability on that.. and I was the one who said sorry when it should have been her. She then replied nastily my day already better!! I had to walk away. Customer Service at this place today was a JOKE. I am disappointed and hurt and will not return here.

They open at 11am. Went there for lunch they said pizza won’t be ready until 12:30pm. The lady works there is very rude. This was my second trip in two weeks to get some pizza and both times they didn’t have any ready. Both times she was rude the same person.
