Put a last minute order in for my granddaughter’s birthday that we had at the mall. It was very busy because the mall was hosting a Easter egg hunt. The staff went over and beyond to help make the day special and the pizza and bread sticks were a hit. Thank you!!!!!

It’s. 4:30 pm on 12/14. I’ve had Sbarro pizza over 200 times, but today….I had the BEST slice of pepperoni ever. I know sometimes the pizzas sit there for a while, but this one was the perfect temperature, perfect amount of sauce, perfect freshness. Just so friggin unbelievable that I had to take time to write this. I mean seriously… normally it’s not my favorite. But today was dam delicious. I think I want more.

This is second time we have had bad service at this location. Last time the employee had such a bad attitude we left without ordering. Yesterday we went back and had our grandson with us. Same guy same nasty attitude like we were an inconvenience to him. I tried to shower him with please and thank yous but he still acted like he hated his job times 10. The food was good and fresh. The couple behind us sat near us in the food court and overheard our conversation about the worker and his bad attitude and they chimed in and said YES he was very nasty. My husband made a point to walk up to the counter as we left and said ” buddy you really should change your attitude working with the public” Like I said the food was good and fresh so no complaints there but this guy 2 times bad experience. If it wasn’t for my grandson asking for pizza we would have left this time also!

So disappointed! Was excited for this place to open back up and made special stop with family to the mall just to try it. Simple slice of pepperoni and it wasn’t even edible. All the cheese and toppings fell of and it was just a puddle. When I went for a refund, I noticed a low rack with several pizzas and other food already cooked completely loaded up and just sitting there. The lower rack was inches off the floor with employees walking back and forth near it. When I asked the manager if that was food they were going to serve to customers she said something like “the health department says we can do that for up to two hours”. I had no words. Maybe technically allowable, but certainly not sanitary – certainly not in line with how quality pizza should be prepared. Also the bread sticks were old and dry and the bottled beverage was warm. This was the most poorly run pizza joint I’ve been to in the area. Such a shame. I know its tough to staff restaurants right now, but with the place run like this, why even bother making the investment in opening the place at all??

It’s been at least 7 years since I’ve eaten here before it was replaced… I’m glad that my favorite pizza joint has finally came back!

It’s not bad. Not exactly amazing, but it wasn’t bad. The slices are of a generous size at least, but they just weren’t all that warm.

The food isn’t great but not terrible. However today the lady making the cold serve food was not wearing gloves. I’ve worked at a pizza place before and it is a REQUIREMENT to wear gloves when making something that does not go into the oven. I realize washing hands often is better than wearing one or 2 pairs of gloves all day but watching her put veggies on the pasta salad with no gloves then mixing it up was appalling

They had just sold the last slice of pepperoni when i walked up. I let him know it was fine I’d wait, and walked to the nearest table in the food court about 15 ft away. After waiting for 25 I walked back up to see they had pepperoni just sitting there had been done for a while by the looks of it and just asked for my slice somewhat impolitely and the guy who rung me up told me he didn’t remember me. In the whole 25 minutes only one other customer had come. I wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 ft pole anymore.

They say “any review is a good review”. The owners and upper management have been told by MULTIPLE customers AND staff that their general manager at this location is horrible, but they refuse to do anything about it and allow the behavior to continue while their workers are verbally abused in front of customers and mall employees. She is also rude to customers and has a nasty attitude. Not to mention the food is always cold and nasty! The staff was also PAID by the general manager to write 5 star reviews, which most have now changed to a 1 star. The staff deserves better than this. Ridiculous. Should be shut down.

I’ve worked at the Birchwood Mall for 10+ years. I have truly seen it all. The responses from the owners on these reviews shows how much they do not care and disregard their customers if it is not the feedback they want to hear. They only ever talk about the “thousands of positive feedback” they have received, but they never do anything about the negative reviews people have. They stand by their poor decisions of management choice that clearly shows to customers, myself, and other mall employees. Nothing has been done besides offering free food. This place won’t last long with that mentality and without the willingness to make changes.
