My husband and I grabbed a late lunch since neither of us had Sbarro in a long time. The pizza and breadsticks were mediocre. But the service was the worst my husband was ignored when ordering. I asked for 1 slice of pizza and breadsticks, my husband was ignored and he was right next to me. Then when I went to pay, I was asked if I wanted something to drink, I said 1 drink and was told the total. I then asked my husband what he wanted to drink. I’m not sure why my husband was ignored by two of the workers.

I ordered a whole pizza online for pickup. I was 5 minutes early, but my pizza was ready. It was ice cold, without extra cheese. I asked for it to be heated up, but was told the ovens were turned off. The employee said when my order came in that a cheese pizza was already made so they gave me that one. Wow.

Got a slice of pizza and a breadstick for my kiddo and the two staff members did not speak ONCE! Just stared at us grabbed the food to be warmed up and didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else. Didn’t give me my total just took my money and gave me change. I asked for a receipt and he looked ticked off. It was alllll very odd.

I’ve been here many times but I’m just now writing a review. Every time I go here the employees are rude. Their demeanor is that they really don’t want to be there or helping you. Food is average. Service is poor every time.

Very very rude customer service. Absolutely no care or kindness to customers. Today Hailie appeared especially short with me and my friend. We love the food, but it’s honestly so frustrating to experience the attitude from staff. Please work on it.

This Sbarro USED to be great. It was the closest to NY pizza in the area. Now the prices went up and the quality went WAY down. The crust is super thin and there was not enough cheese. So disappointed as this used to be a good place to eat.

What Duluth does NOT have is great pizza at any of the local places. (They don’t know how to make good pizza crust—tastes like a cracker). Sbarro does very well with San Marzano flavor in the sauce, the right proportions of cheese:sauce but the Best quality is the crust. There are very few places that can do a Neapolitan crust as well as Sbarro in Duluth—that’s what makes us come back.

Ordered the combo and got a slice of cheese pizza, and Mac n Cheese. Pizza was as good as I remember it. Sbarro is no longer near me, unfortunately. The Mac n Cheese was new to me, and I’m so happy I tried it! It was excellent! Great cheese flavor, perfectly cooked noodles, and I actually had enough cheese sauce in my tin to rub my pizza crust in! We ended up getting a whole pizza to go, which we were able to tell the the cook we wanted to wait an hour for it to be done, so we had time to walk around the rest of the Mall, before we picked it up. So accommodating! We will be going out of our way tomorrow when we leave Lovely Duluth, to stop at Sbarro in the Miller Hill Mall to bring 2 pizzas home!
