We wanted to grap a quick bite from Sbarro so we ordered one slice of veggie pizza and 1 pc of Spinach Stromboli. I saw the gentleman put the food in the oven but I received my pizza slightly warm (almost cold) so I couldn’t even finish it. My mom said her Stromboli also wasn’t warm.

They had a good deal two slices of pizza in a pop for 10.95. They also had spinach strombolis and baked ziti. My husband and son said everything tasted great. There was a lot of seating and the food court and we had fast service.

i ordered pizza online, arrived in half an hour my order was not ready, the team told me five minutes after five minutes they gave me pizza. The pizza was not fresh, it was obvious that the pieces had been cut long ago and had been reheated. I’m pretty sure they gave me pizza slices from the display case shaped like a whole pizza. I am upset with such service, I do not respect me as a client. this pizza is my favorite pizza and you gave it to me not fresh. Unacceptable!

Pizza was good. Pasta was good. But the lady was rude to us because we wanted to make our order a combo to save a little money. So when I switched it . It went from 20$ to 17$ because i knew that price wasn’t right based on the menu. You’d think you would know how to save your customers a few bucks by making it a combo on the order touch screen. Instead of giving them an attitude about it. Also sliced my finger open opening up the tin foil box on the edges that are pressed down to hold the lid so be careful the edges are sharp. Going to the chicago ridge location from now on.

I remember near the height of the pandemic while everyone else was wearing masks I saw the workers here dishing out food standing right next to each other taking no precautions and not wearing masks. So although the food here is decent if overpriced I still won’t be giving them my money. They don’t care about the health of their customers.

Ordered a full NY cheese pizza before checking out I was told it would be a 45 min wait. They should really tell people it’s an hour wait. They claim to be busy but I’ve seen only a few rush of people they have 5-6 people behind the counter. It’s ridiculous to wait this long for a pizza. Not even at my local pizza place do I wait 45 minutes for pizza and they deliver to my home. Definitely disappointed in this place.
