I am a truck driver who stopped to get something to eat at Sabarro. Two girls back there behind the wall laughing when I walked up. The warming bar was empty. They either told me that they didn’t have what I asked for or that it would take 10 minutes for them to fix it. As a restaurant in a truck stop, you should have food ready to go because as a truck driver, we can’t block the fuel island waiting for food. I left and attempted to call the manager and couldn’t even get them to answer. I passed other truck stops because I wanted Sbarro, and left with nothing. Poor customer service on both the management and staff.

Sbarro really needs to start paying attention here. You keep replying to people’s comments, but nothing changes. The food quality is beyond sub-par, something you should be ashamed of considering the standards your business keeps claiming it holds for itself. The attitude of the employees matches the quality of food. Both are horrible and have been horrible here for a while. Something really has to be done, besides telling people to fill out a digital comment card. That obviously doesn’t help. Try addressing the concerns in the comments and actually make a change. You have insanely high profit margins here, so you should at least pretend to care.

Absolutely horrible food. Hardly anything left, yet employee said they close at 11pm. My boyfriend and I both wanted the Baked Ziti with meatballs, but they only had enough for one. He got two pizza slices instead and the pizza hardly had any sauce on it, not hot (probably from sitting for awhile), and the tip of the pizza slices were mushy and wet. Baked Ziti was most definitely not baked, sauce was bland, meatballs had the consistency of formed catfood. Not a good experience for my first time here.

Their Pizza was horrible!! I ordered a whole pie of cheese. It was UNDERCOOKED, just really thin RAW dough. I will never order here even a slice. If you are hungry and wanna grab a quick bite, please, do yourself a favor, go just 300-500 feet North of TA. There are plenty of restaurants there.

Pizza was undercooked, the dough wasn’t even cooked… it was like a wet paper bag. Hardly any sauce, and no flavor what so ever! Veggie Stromboli was burnt on the outside and raw dough on the inside. Stay clear…I’ve had way better pizza at the Flying J.
