Foods good when you can get it but their staff needs more training. Ordered a pizza and waited half an hour to find they never made my order and than no one could issue me a refund since I was now late trying to get back to work for lunch I just had to leave with no food or my money. Probably won’t come back again.

Very disappointed in this place. Extremely inconsistent quality. Sometimes it’s decent, other times it’s VERY bad. Won’t be going back after my most recent experience. Crust was cooked on the outside but not cooked under the sauce. Sauce and toppings tasted good but the pizza was so soaked with grease it even made the cooked side of the crust slimy. Many better pizza options in town, and most of them cost less. I’d even choose Little Caesar’s over Sbarro’s.

Have had Sbarro in many locations and this one holds up the reputation. Generally decent staff, mostly young kids with minimal people skills BUT they seem to work hard and have not messed up an order yet. 10/10 order with confidence.
