I had a disappointing experience when I placed an online order and arrived at the store at the designated time. To my dismay, the employee at the counter informed me that there was no record of my order and suggested that I might be at the wrong location. It was only after someone with more authority intervened and checked the computer system that my order was finally found. Their response was puzzling, as they admitted they were unsure why my order didn’t print out.

It’s in a Qwuik shop, so there’s not much to say about surroundings. But for a quick bite and friendly, clean atmosphere, give them a try. Good prices. My bf and I eat here sometimes. Never spend more than 20$. We get full and enjoy the food. They are always courteous and the store is clean every time! Another customer had made a large mess while we were there last time. It was immediately taken care of. It’s so convenient, too. Get gas and a slice and soda for the road or sit at one of the tables provided. Can’t go wrong.

Hey guys—I was also frustrated by the fact there was no phone number listed. I asked an employee about it and he immediately (while I was standing there) added the phone number to their website for 47th/Seneca location. He said he had no idea it wasn’t listed on there already. I checked, and sure enough, it’s on there for us to all use now!! Thanks for bringing the best cheese pizza ever back to town, Sbarros!!

The pizza is good but not what it was at the mall food court. The bread sticks which were once amazing, are now dry and bland. The Stromboli is always burnt.

This pizza is absolutely amazing. I go to this all the time because of how good the pizza is, I would consider it to be the best in town. I’ve always got fresh slices but they also have strombolis and other stuff too. The pizza slices are massive and one is big enough to fill you up. This used to be in the mall before it closed and since it opened up inside of quickshop I’ve gone several times a week just to get their pizza. I would say 10/10 on their pizza and bread sticks but I have not tried the strombolis. I would definitely recommend trying it if you’ve never had their pizza, it’s extremely unique and has that New York taste, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
