NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION. WORST SERVICE EVER. Using DoorDash, we twice tried to get Sbarro. Twice we got a delivery for which we had paid, twice it was not what we had ordered and paid for. So now we have paid for food that we didn’t get and received instead food that we didn’t want. DoorDash + Sbarro = SERVICE THAT IS AN ABOMINATION UNTO ALMIGHTY GOD. NEVER AGAIN!

Me and a friend visited for the second time in a week right around lunch and again there wasn’t any stuffed pizza cooked. I don’t know the reason why but I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. I had to choose from pizza I didn’t really want. They are also always running out of supplies like parmesan cheese.

Was at the mall and decided to get some pizza. Stood in line behind a group of three girls that just wanted to talk with who I assume was the manager. I stood there for 10 to 15 min. while they talked. Not once did they attempt to take my order. Had to walk away. Horrible service. Can’t say how food was because I was never served.

I just got pizza at Pecandland mall. They put it in the oven to heat up and when I went to eat it it was still cold and the crust was hard as a brick. I asked if they had fresher pizza so I could get a different slice but they said it is all made at the same time. So im assuming they make it once in the morning and then by later in the day your eating old pizza. All they were able to do was heat it up again. The pizza crust was still hard and the pizza cheese was soggy. I will not be coming here again. The pizza was not edible.

My daughter and visited sbarro in pecanland mall order a large pie I asked the cashier to make sure the pie was well done when the pizza pie came out the vegetables and the meat was still raw when my daughter asked the cashier about putting the pizza back in the oven she said no my daughter asked why the cashier became irate and began to yell I defused the situation and talked to the manager she agreed to make a new pie and it came out the same way she refused to refund my money then refused to talk about the problem of this raw under cooked food if this is how your company does business we will never recommend your company or do business with you again and will encourage others to do the same thank you in advance for your attention to this matter
