I got a pepperoni and regular pizza I loved the taste now when I travel from PA to Texas I know where to get my pizza I can only give a review of the pie. the only thing I would of wish to know before I placed my order was that it’s inside the mall and better directions but other then that I loved it

Ordered via doordash, cost me $100, they didn’t send 1/4 of my order. The cheese pizza had hair baked into it under the cheese on 3 slices. The pepperoni wasn’t fully cooked. Absolutely disgusted.

Got a pineapple pizza here because they flat out told me the pepperoni stromboli had been sitting there for three hours, which I at least thank them for being honest but that is alarming. The pizza we got also tasted old and I couldn’t finish it because it has an off taste. Nothing looked even remotely fresh, the cheese looked like plastic on top of the pizza.

So I ordered a pie for pickup at 4:00 pm. Showed up looked like they cooked it hours ago. This is unacceptable. I ordered online so I very well can’t get my money returned. Now I’m stuck waiting for them to make a new pizza pie. This is bad customer service.

5:15pm today July 3, I’m ordering a whole pizza cause is cheaper than by slice I have 3 kids, so the guy told me that they are not cooking more pizzas cause it’s gonna take them 55min so I’m like ok I ll wait, so he goes back to an old lady and the lady comes to me saying that there about to close, so that’s why they are not putting more pizzas on the oven, so we went to Taco Bell. I guess they just being lazy. I work on a restaurant and we tried to sell has much has we can and tried to get all customers happy but I guess this is not one of these restaurants.

Yes I was very disappointed with this place. I prefer the crust from this particular company, and really look forward to eating their pizzas. However the gentleman told me we only reheat the pizzas. I was asking for a large pizza and a Stromboli. Like dude, I’ve been going to Grapevine Mills mall for over a decade+. I even got this pizza for my Birthday last year. I know I can order a large pizza there. He was just really rude, so I calmly just said I need to cancel my order. I just wanted your pizza dude.
