Brinton was shift supervisor and was slow. He burnt our food then tried wrapping it up hoping we wouldn’t notice. After telling him he recorded one of the items . Not a good experience. Management should be better than this. Won’t be going back.

Pretty grossed out with both women working today. I get that you guys probably wash your hands before touching the dough bare hands but she was wearing a big white balled bracelet and my boyfriend noticed she had rings on as well. We saw the dough touch her jewelery as she was tossing it around. We ended up leaving. Both the girls had very loose hair falling out of their ponytails which can easily fall into food and I mean it was very loose. I’ve taken my food handlers permit and know this isn’t okay. Please talk to the girls. They probably wipe their butt with that jewelery on.

Worst Sbarro’s I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have any baked ziti. The pizza slice was small and watery some how? The Mac and cheese was good, but they didn’t have silverware so I ate it with my fingers. And the Dr Pepper was completely flat. The staff was nice,but looked over worked.

I’ve ordered from them via GrubHub three times and twice the food was completely burned. Today I ordered a NY pepperoni slice and a Stromboli. I didn’t get the pizza slice at all. They sent two burnt crispy Stromboli’s. The food arrived after 9 pm and nobody answered the phone when I called. I paid for a dinner that I can’t eat, for a delivery so I didn’t have to cook; and I’m out of my money and still have to cook my own food.

I went and ordered a Stromboli, planning on paying for Apple Pay. When I get to the register, the employee, lily, tells me that they don’t do Apple Pay. I realize that she already prepared it and started worrying because I couldn’t pay for it without Apple Pay. To my astonishment, she covered me and paid for my food! What a Wonderful employee!

My BF and I were really looking forward to trying this place. from the pictures I saw on Google it looked pretty good but then we get there and the lady at the front didn’t bother to greet us. we were looking at the food and realized the pizza was dry, the pasta was also dry everything looks cold like it’s been sitting there All day made me a bit sick just looking at it sad to say we left and got The philly cheesteak sandwiches instead very disappointed.
