We have always gotten pepperoni pizza for like 30 years now and we went out on a limb when the new app came out and it made a supreme like pizza. And it wasn’t cooked enough We had to come home heat up our oven to 500°, cook it for 6 plus more minutes it destroyed the crust but the pizza was still awesome I just wish that extra time would have been in the pizza oven so that when I pick it up it’s ready to eat. I don’t want to have to tell people again sorry food’s going to have to be a minute I’ve got to finish cooking it. I know that is the normal status quo for Sbarro is they cook their pizzas put them under a heat lamp and then when you order a slice they throw them in their pizza oven for a few more minutes but when you order a whole pie to go, they can’t expect you to finish the cooking. But other than that the meatballs were phenomenal like always so good I really want the recipe lol

Went there just now got a pizza slice, bread sticks and a drink but the drink was flat and tasted like root beer when I ordered Pepsi so I went back and told them they’re like oh yeah it’s our machine not the drink I’m like NEXT TIME TELL PEOPLE BEFORE THEY ORDER INSTEAD OF BEING OUT OF LUCK. Also always check your pizza on the bottom you never know if it will be burnt. Mine wasn’t THIS TIME. Also why do you allow employees to make pizza if they’re on there freaking phones.. I was just told that they “SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE MACHINE” WHICH ISN’T TRUE THEY GAVE ME A NEW DRINK AND TASTE HORRIBLE STILL.. DON’T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Cameron the “manager” who has red hair and glasses ( in case he was lying about his name) completely burnt my pizza to the point where it would not come off of the cardboard and refused to make a new one. I didn’t even ask for my money back just a new fresh pizza and he was very rude and dismissive. It’s sad he was not concerned about customer satisfaction at all. I’ve been here many times and had good experiences until today. Very disappointed. Only 3 could come off and this is what it looked like

This Sbarro is horrible. The pizza used to be bigger and thin. When I went the girl at the counter warmed up the slice for not even a minute, it was old I think because it was hard, the breadsticks were hard, even the Dr. Pepper had no flavoring in it. And she charged me for ranch and didn’t even give it to me. This place should be torn down and some other food place should move in that serves good, fresh food

Pretty pathetic! The punk fixing the pizzas was a smart mouth punk that refused to fix a pizza at 5:00 because he said he had fixed four that day. They don’t close until 9:00. The manager some red head was of no help. He hung up the phone when I called for assistance then when he came out of the back refused to speak with me. I can see why the help is the way they are. I also witnessed while I was waiting one of the girls working behind the counter giving the bird to another customer behind their back.

I usually love Sbarro. But this one did not do well at all. Cashier was very eager to get me out of line. Nobody else was there at the time of my visit. Asked for 1 slice of cheese pizza and a drink, drink is fine. I walk back to where I work in the mall (less than 2 minutes) sit down and try to open my pizza, the box is stuck shut because all the melted cheese melted onto the box. I attempt to lift up my pizza and all of the cheese sticks to the box, rather than the dough. I cobble my cheese back on my pizza in a giant ball, and sit and eat my mostly sauce, burnt, pizza. Didn’t even get a discount for also working in the mall. Bad location!!

First time I tried Sbarro in Utah and it was by far the worst. The pizza tasted exactly like when you leave pizza out and try to eat it cold.

My family and I were at the mall and happened by Sbarro. I was so impressed and blown away by the customer service. Jaden and the manager Demeeke were so kind to us. Honestly, they went above and beyond. They didn’t know it was my twins birthday but because of their kindness they made my twins feel so special and made their birthday so memorable. We brought home several different pizza combinations and all were very good. We will for sure come back.

Food is always good here personally, but this most recent experience we were behind someone making a big order and the manager (Cant remember his name just that it started with a D) came and took my order himself and had an amazing attitude, and just made the experience better and made it so I could get my food faster.
