Horrible customer service. Definitely top 5 worst experiences. And, they wouldn’t sell me pizza that was cooking. I had to go back through the line and check to see if it was done until they’d sell me a pizza. They refused to give me or sell me a water cup. The manager refused. I walked next-door to Fatburger and was given two water cups without any issue. Idiotic corporate policies.. Will never give my business to Sbarro again. There’s nothing worse than a business that treats its customers as if they don’t matter.

After ordering and paying for my food, I asked for a cup of water. I was told they do not give out cups of water. Never have I been denied water at a place where I purchased food. I have eaten at this location in the past and had no issue getting water with my meal, so I’m not sure why this time was different. But this will be the last time I eat here.

Great food court pizza, it has good combination of a thin pizza with a thick crust and a tasty sauce , I especially liked their cheese pizza so anytime you are down at Arizona Mills and need a quick delicious bite you should stop at Sbarro.

We had a hankering for pizza and found Sbarro in the Tempe Mall. The staff we very friendly and helpful. The Stromboli and Supreme pizza were “eye-rolling” good. It tasted like the Stromboli had a pretzel crust -yum.

I used to ❤️ Sbarro, we come to the mall every Saturday, every time they are out of stromboli, even at 11am! Asked the server if they can get any from the back, he asked the manager, she looked around and said “just tell them we don’t have any, I don’t want to get them” worst service and lowered expectations.

Love the pizza from this place however became very disappointing on Sunday at 4:45. Only pepperoni jalapeño pizza and spinach pizza Mall doesn’t close till six stated that’s all they have. They weren’t making any more. Didn’t understand why when the mall was still open for another hour and 15 minutes

Cant ever seem to open on time. Manager said we open at 11 and when you look at the clock on your phone and say well it is 11 she gets upset. McDonald’s has better customer service. Guess your 3 man team needs to learn some time management skills. Then when you see the staff feed themselves before opening snd helping the customers that really show priorities.

Mom got sick from pizza, and one of the guys yelled at my mom because she wasn’t “loud enough” All of it seemed unsanitary and heated atmosphere as in like air quality (humid)
