Please fix your business hours to correctly match the time you actually open up to serve customers food. If 10 am is not the time post it! I was looking forward to the pizza and seen that you opened at 10 am on Saturday July 1st, 2023. 10:45 and your still not up and I am told it’s 11 am that you open. I understand its not anything serious but it’s also something insanely easy to fix so why hasn’t it been fixed. The best part is 20 minutes till 11 am and the exact pizza I wanted was there ready to be served yet since you don’t open till 11 am I’m just SOL. Please adjust the hours, thank you.

Located inside Sunset Station Casino. The stromboli was really good. The young man who assissted me was nothing but professional. I did experience racism by casino staff but I expect that type of Hatred in Henderson. Restaurant was great however. Former police officer 9 years.

This is the second time I had a problem with the customer service here. No offense to the owners because we love your pizza however I visited this store multiple times with my family and this was the last straw! I enjoy the veggies you have on your menu. The last time I ordered them they were stale and looked like they were sitting there all day. I asked if they had fresh veggies and the girl said no and they weren’t making anymore and sadly the place still had about 5 more hours before closing. It was very disappointing that these girls would even think of trying to serve them to anyone in this condition.I haven’t visited since and decided to try it one more time. So this last time around My wife walked up and asked one of the females for veggies and a slice of pizza. She ignored her and decided to stare at her with no response. I could tell my wife was going blow a fuse but stayed calm at that point.The female then turned to me and asked me what I wanted. Disregarded my wife. This time around I said my wife asked you for something. Please serve her first. The girl smirked and was really rude getting her food! At that she made her wait longer. When we did get our food my wife’s veggies were burnt. Broccoli was brown/ black and soggy like.The girl behind the glass with no expression had to have the most awful customer service by far. This is a really bad impression for your place. If it were me I would not want someone like this being the face of my business. She really needs to be taught some skills. Does not look like she is happy with her job by all means.I don’t even know what to say about the way this place has gone downhill. No one ever smiles or seems happy and that isn’t very inviting.

I eat here from time to time! The food is good! But today was not the best! The girls that were working looked and were acting lazy. The pizza was flimsy and I go there because the pizza is always cooked to perfection. I also love the veggies but the veggies looked over cooked and burnt. I asked if they had any fresh veggies and here we are 5pm not close to closing and the girl says NO!! The chicken wings were okay not the best.They even gave me a couple items wrong. They were limited in the drink selection and I do not like Pepsi. The cashier is usually peppy and she didn’t even smile today so I think maybe she was just having a so so kind of day! Other than that when they aren’t lazy the place is pretty good! I gave a 2 star rating because they could of done better with preparing the food! We pay to eat this food so cook it like it’s supposed to be cooked!

I was there about 11:30 on a Tuesday, the young lady (Lela) was as helpful and sweet as could be. Food was fresh, well presented and pleasing to the eye, I could not decide. Lela let us know they had just opened and most everything had just been made. I thought I just wanted my go-to Stromboli, but the veggie pizza (which I would normally not order) was calling my name. All I saw was it’s juicy looking tomatoes and crunchy looking veggies over fresh, gooey cheese. Also, I couldn’t tell what the smell was, but something smelled delicious. After a few moments, I realized it was the sauce, LIKE LITERALLY the sauce from the meatballs. So between the good service and the good looking food, I walked away with a veggie pizza, 2 meatballs and a drink. I will go back to this Sbarro again soon.

3:00 pm 2/6 Zoey was okay. Jonathan is a clown. The lady in front of me said to please continue if I know what I want. Jonathan literally asked two other employees if I was cutting in front of others after I already gave him my order and not only that, was exceptionally rude about it. Pizza was hard and had clearly been sitting a long time . Definitely disappointing. Please hire some people who are polite and accommodating.
