Ordered online. Came to pick up the order, gave my name, and was asked if I had the right location. The lady at the register shook her head several times and looked at the orders. She then said, “Nope, sorry… showed her my online receipt, and she then said, “Where is the name? Showed her the card I used to order. Finally, she told her supervisor, who found my order right away. They did not heat up my slices. Just put them in the boxes. Spent $37 here for some really terriable service. First time last time, never again…

I love food court pizza, but have never had a Sbarro! I was so hungry and I saw the Sbarro employee pull the whole pie out of the oven, so I had to give it a shot… No complaints what so ever! I had to give the slice a few minutes to cool off! The cheese had a nice pull to it, the crust was sturdy and held up well. I needed a cheap & quick fix, this slice of pizza hit the spot.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The Spanish people in front of me and the white man behind me received smiles and PERFECT service. When it was my turn , i was given frowns and the lady who was ringing me up was talking over me while I asked several times for a tray so my order can be eaten here. She pretty much threw my food in the bag and threw the bag on top of the tray. I never expect A1 service from a pizza place because I know how it is. But the amount of disrespect shown to me as a customer , it was pretty sad. I’ll never come here again. On top of the awful service , my pizza wasn’t even heated thoroughly. So, not only was I given pathetic service , my $21 spent was well wasted. I refused to go to the counter to ask them to correct the order because I NEVER WANT TO INTERACT WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE AGAIN. this is the first 1 star review I’ve ever given. This was just all around horrible.

Definitely hit the spot for a quick bite in the food court. Please keep in mind that even though they run the food through an oven conveyor belt to heat up food after you order, all the food is just sitting there for quite a while so it might not taste fresh for obvious reasons.

My first visit to this restaurant located inside “Bally’s Hotel” in Las Vegas. The food looked really good and I thought why not give it a try. I never tried the wings and requested a sample and was told by the manager and I quote “No, because we have a shortage on wings”. I replied “Really, so early in the day. He laughed and found it to be hilarious and told his coworker what I said. I asked to speak with a manager and he replied “I am the manager”. I then said “are these the only wings you have left for the day and he said “No I have plenty more” . I just ordered a slice of pizza and a salad. Guess I’ll never know what they taste like because I will never visit that establishment again due to the poor customer service I received from the manager. The food was $$ and the pizza and salad was pretty good.
