I’ve been eating here for a while it use to be so good and my dad used to love it: Now there pizza is mediocre barely edible Today i saw something pretty horrific . I went to buy 3 slices of cheese pizza & I saw that there were only 2 and they weren’t even on display they were on the dirty counter. Anyways i was very alarmed then as i went to the cashier and told him my order he gave me those 2 cheese pizzas i asked for 3 for the 3rd pizza i assumed he would make a new pizza since that’s the normal thing to do right? Instead he took a pepperoni and sausage pizza picked the meat off it and added more cheese warmed it up and gave it to me. As someone who doesn’t eat meat I was disturbed. As a good food chain do better because i don’t think that’s normal. Some people might have allergies or religiously not eat meat. Please don’t do that again it might not effect you but it can affect many others and you might not even know it

Delicious Italian fast food. Nice, soft dough in the pizzas, and sausage and pepperoni were flavorful. Staff was very helpful and polite. Recommended if you happen to be at Burbank Town Center and need a quick, delicious Italian meal.

I noticed you guys hired a new employee named Mark, Mark had provided me with amazing service and I was just mine blown by how nice he is. I truly believe that you guys need to promote Mark or give him a raise. The pizza Mark had served me was prefect and it was filled with wonderful flavor. As I tasted the pizza I felt like I was in ancient Italy the experience was truly wonderful.

Pizza was very dry. No sauce on it at all. Just cheese and bread. Very dissappointed. This pizza use to be one of the best pizzas. Did not taste like it used to.
