After dropping half my toppings, she scraped the oven and got toppings mixed with burned char which she put on my pizza (which immediately went into the trash). Unacceptable and absolutely disgusting.

[UNPROFESSIONAL] When I Fined and Dined at this place I was treated with horrible customer service. The girl (with black hair i think her tag started with an S) handling my pizza would drop the ingredients and place them back. I had asked her if the pizza was lactose free and somewhat gluten free and she made a subtle annoyed face and told me no. Maybe I am overreacting but i found that super rude when I was in pain later that day.

A young lady named Mikeala was the sweetest most helpful employee. She suggested the best items and sincerely kind and caring about my experience. I tried tipping her but she refused. Came today April 10th 2021 around 6:15 pm and the employees especially the one that took our order was very rude, very bad service and I could feel a racial bias coming from both employees at the front. My family was telling our Order and we’re interrupted by the employee multiple times while asking for another item telling us the prices or asking if that was it. They knew we were asking for more but were constantly asking if we were done ordering and telling us the prices multiple times as if we couldn’t pay the price for the pizzas and etc. As well I see them putting the food into the oven ASAP as soon as someone ask for it though ours did not go into the oven until we had fully paid everything. In the end it seems these employees not attacking us racially but did have racial bias against us and as well it seems to other POC. Lastly just very bad service and leaves a really bad impression especially for tourists coming far to explore San Diego. Cant expect to have tourists coming back with this type of trash customer service.
